CHUTNEY CHEESE TOAST



INTRODUCTION:-

Easy , Simple, Cheesy, Healthy and Delicious !!

What more do you want ? Try this Recipes I'm sure you'll like it


INGREDIENTS :-

- Sandwich Bread
- Mint Chutney
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Paneer
- Sweet Corn
- Onions
- Chaat Masala or Oregano
- Olives and Jalapeños for topping

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- Mix Chopped Paneer , Onion and Corn with the Mint Chutney , You can add Chaat Masala and Oregano. Make a Mixture and keep it aside

Step 2:- Toast One side of a Bread on a Non Stick Pan , Flip it and on the toasted side , Spread the Mixture we made earlier , while the other side toasts

Step 3:- Then Grate Mozzarella Cheese on top and sprinkle chaat masala or oregano. Put a lid on top and toast it till the cheese melts

Step 4:- Then Top it With Olives and Jalapeños of you like

Your Chutney Cheese Toast is Ready.

SERVE HOT AND ENJOY !!


CHEESE ROLLS



INTRODUCTION:-

Healthy , Cheesy and Very Simple though it looks so Complicated , but it really isn't !!
Made full of Vegetables and Cheese
A Must Try !!

INGREDIENTS :-

- French Bread , Or Bun or Pav ( Use only the upper part if using a Bun or Pav )
- Onions, Bell Peppers , Sweet Corn , Paneer , Jalapeños and Olives
- Cream Cheese Spread or Any other Cheese Spread will also do
- Mayonnaise
- Red Chilly Sauce
- Tabasco Sauce if Available
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Oregano & Chilly Flakes
- Salt

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- In a Bowl take all the Vegetables and Paneer , Add Cheese Spread , Mayonnaise, Red Chilly Sauce , Tabasco Sauce , Oregano , Chilly Flakes and Little Salt

Step 2:- Mix it Properly and keep it aside

Step 3:- Take the French Bread or Bun or Paw , Use only the upper Part of a Bun or Paw , We suggest you use Bun or Paw so it's easier to eat

Step 4:- Scoop out some dough form the center as shown in the pics ( Keep the Scooped out Dough and you can Use that later as Bread-Crums )

Step 5:- Fill it with the Mixture we made earlier

Step 6:- Top it with some grated Mozzarella Cheese

For Making it in a Oven

Step 7:- Preheat oven for 5 Mins at 180 C

Step 8:- Then Bake it in the oven for 8-10 Minutes at 160 C till the cheese melts and the Bread is Crispy ( Keep Checking in Between if it's Ready )

For Making it on a Pan

Step 7:- Place the Roll or Bun on a Non Stick Pan , Cover it up with a Vessel

Step 8:- Cook it on Low Flame till the cheese melts and it gets crispy

PIZZA MONKEY BREAD


INTRODUCTION:-
Party Time Snack , full of Cheese and Something Unique

INGREDIENTS :-

For Dough
- Wheat Flour and Maida ( 50% Each ) - 2 Cups
- Curd for Binding dough
- Baking Soda - 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Baking Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Sugar - 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Crushed Garlic - 3 Cloves
- Oil - 1 Table Spoon
- Oregano
- Chilly Flakes
- Salt

Other Ingredients

- Vegetables of your Choice we have used - Capsicum, Onion, Paneer, Olives and Jalapeños
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pizza Sauce
- Oregano
- Chilly Flakes

PROCEDURE :-

- Add all ingredients for dough in a bowl , and using curd prepare a Soft Dough and Rest it for 3 Hours
- Prepare Small Balls out of the Dough , as Shown in the Pics
- Add the Dough Balls in a Bowl , add Pizza Sauce , Grated Mozzarella Cheese and Other Seasonings
- Mix it Gently and Place them on a OTG/OVEN Tray ( Refer Pics )
- Grate Some more Mozzarella Cheese on top and Sprinkle all the Vegetables
- Sprinkle Oregano and Chilly Flakes again
- In a PREHEATED OVEN , Bake it for 20 mins at 160 C

Your Pizza Monkey Bread is Ready !

Serve it Hot with Tomato Sauce, Potato Wafers and Cold Drink !!


SPINACH AND CORN BREAD PAKODA



INTRODUCTION:- 
So Simple and Easy Yet Delicious and Tasty at the Same Time
Spinach and Corn is a Great Combo
Perfect Tea Time Snack , it's Cheesy and Crunchy

INGREDIENTS :-
- Besan Batter ( Besan 1 Cup and Salt , Like Mirchi Bhajji )
- Bread
- Mint Chutney
- Chopped Spinach
- Sweet Corn
- Chopped Paneer
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Green Chilly
- Butter
- Salt
PROCEDURE :-

For Stuffing
- In a Kadai , add 1/2 spoon butter , chopped spinach, corn , paneer , finely chopped green chilly , black pepper and Salt. Stir it till water releases and it becomes a little dry
The Stuffing is Ready , keep it aside and after it comes to room temperature add small cubes of mozzarella cheese
- Cut the sides of bread , Then cut it into half and Apply Mint Chutney
- spread the stuffing on half the bread as shown in the pic
- fold it And press it with your hands
- Dip it in the Besan Batter , coat it properly and fry it at Medium Flame till its gets Golden Brown
Your Spinach and Corn Bread Pakoda are Ready !!
Sprinkle Some Chaat Masala and Serve with Sauce or Mint Chutney


SUB SANDWICH


INTRODUCTION:-

Now make Sub-Sandwich at home... Simple and Easy...


INGREDIENTS:-

- Vegetables: Cabbage, Onion, Cucumber, Carrot, Tomato, Olives. (You can vegetable of your choice).
- Burger Bun or Bread.
- White Sauce -3 tbsp
- Mint Chutney - 2 tbsp
- Cheese Spread - 1 Cup
- Cheese Slice - 3-4 slice.
- Oregano
- Chilly Flakes
- Black Pepper
- Salt (as per taste)


PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Chop all vegetable. Add White Sauce, Mint Chutney, Oregano, Chilly Flakes, Black Pepper & salt and mix well.

Step 2. Cut the Bun in two half and apply cheese slice on both half.

Step 3. Spread Mixture and toast in Microwave for 30 minutes.

Your Subway Sandwich is ready....


BREAD BESAN TOAST



INTRODUCTION :-

Bread Besan Toast recipe is one of those quick breakfast recipes that can be made in a jiffy. Just takes about 15 to 20 minutes. All you need is besan (gram flour), the usual indian spices-herbs and bread.



INGREDIENTS :- 
(measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)
- 1 cup besan/gram flour
- 4 to 5 slices of bread (white, brown or whole wheat bread)
- 2 to 2.5 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 or 2 green chilies, finely chopped (skip if making for kids)
- ¾ tsp finely chopped ginger/adrak
- 1.5 to 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves/dhania patta
- a pinch of asafoetida/hing
- ⅛ tsp turmeric powder/haldi
- ¼ tsp red chili powder/lal mirch powder
- 5 to 6 tbsp water or add as required to make a batter of medium consistency
- 1 or 2 tbsp oil for frying or as required
- salt as required

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. In a bowl or small pan, take finely chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, green chilies and coriander leaves.


Step 2. Everything has to be finely chopped. Otherwise its difficult to manage medium chopped pieces of onions and tomatoes while frying the toast.


Step 3. Add besan/gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida and salt.


Step 4. Add water. whisk to a medium consistency batter. There should be no lumps in the batter. Don't make thin batter.


Step 5. Slice the bread in two triangular or rectangular slices.


Step 6. Heat 1 tbsp oil for frying in a tava or frying pan.


Step 7. Dip the bread in the batter. with your hands, coat the bread evenly with the batter. Also place the chopped onions & tomatoes on the bread slices with your hands. Don't keep the bread too long in the batter as then the slice breaks.


Step 8. Place the batter coated bread slices on the tava. When the base is cooked and browned, flip and fry the other side.


Step 9. Flip and fry a couple of times to get even browning and cooking.


Step 10. Remove and serve the besan toasts immediately. Fry the remaining bread slices in the same way. You can add more oil if required while frying the remaining batch.


Step 11. Serve these bread besan toast plain or with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.



VEG TOASTIE

VEG TOASTIE

INGREDIENTS :-

Sandwich bread
Cheese spread
Oregano
Cheese slice
Jalapenos
Bell peppers
Onions
Olives

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1.Cut sides of bread slices, and Apply cheese spread on bread.
Step 2.sprinkle oregano.
Step 3.put cheese slice on it, and arrange onions,olives,bell peppers,and Jalapenos
Step 4.Sprinkle some Oregano again.
Step 5.Bake it for 3 to 4 min in oven at 150 degree C
Serve it with some potato wafers and sauce.


BAKED CHEESE GRILL SANDWICH

Baked Cheese Grill Sandwich

INGREDIENTS :-

3 SLICES OF BREAD
2 SLICES OF CHEESE
CUCUMBER
TOMATO
BELL PEPPER
ONIONS
CHEESE SPREAD
BUTTER
MINT CHUTNEY
OREGANO

PROCEDURE :-

1. Cut sides of bread slices.
2. Apply mint chutney (Follow recipe of Mint Chutney Cube), butter. and cheese spread on each bread slice.
3. Put bell pepper, tomato,onion and cucumber And sprinkle Oregano.
4. put cheese slices on two bread and arrange breadslices
5. Grill sandwiches in oven at 160 degree C for 3 min then turn it and again grill it for 2 min.
6. You can prepare it in toaster or on nonstick pan at slow flame.

Cut it in your fav shape and serve it with sauce and potato wafers.


CHEESE SANDWICH


INTRODUCTION :-

Death By Cheese SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS :-
Sandwich Bread
Mozzarella (OR) Cheddar (OR) Cheddar blended with Mozzarella
Cheese Spread
Oregano
Chilly Flakes
Butter

PROCEDURE :-
Step 1 - Put some butter on a Pan and Roast 2 Breads for 2 mins at Low Flame.
Step 2 - Apply Cheese Spread , Sprinkle Oregano and Chilly Flakes and Grate Cheese on one of the Bread.
Step 3 - Put the the Other Bread on top. Then Grate cheese on top of the Sandwich, Turn it and Roast it Till the cheese becomes brown. ( Around 3 mins )
Step 4 - Do the same for the other side. Then rest it in a Standing position for 2 minutes. The Cheese should become crispy.

Your Death by Cheese Sandwich is Ready !!
Serve it with Sauce and Potato Wafers.


CHEESY BREAD WRAP


INGREDIENTS :-
- Vegetables :- Bell Peppers , Sweet Corn , Carrot , Olives , Jalapeños and Green Chilly ( Cut them in Small Cubes )
- Fresh Sandwich Bread ( Cut out the Sides )
- Mozzarella Cheese, Grated ( Britania )
- Cheese Spread ( Amul )
- Italian Seasoning or Oregano
- Chilly Flakes

PROCEDURE :-
Step 1 - On a Rolling Board Sprinkle some Oregano and Chilly Flakes, Put a Bread on Slice on and Roll as Shown in the Pic
Step 2 - Apply Cheese Spread and Sprinkle Oregano , Chilly Flakes and Arrange all the Vegetables and Add Grated Cheese on top.
Step 3 - Roll the Bread Carefully and Press it a little as Shown In the Pic
Step 4 - Roast it on a Non Stick Pan without oil and butter at Low Flame till It Becomes Crispy.

Your CHESSY BREAD WRAP is Ready !!
Serve It With Potato Wafers, Sauce and Soft Drink.


MASALA TOAST


INTRODUCTION :-

Perfect Tea Time Snack and Breakfast Recipe. Quick ,Instant, Easy, Healthy and Tasty.


INGREDIENTS :-
- Vegetables - Onion, Carrot , Bell Peppers and Green Chilly
- Sandwich Bread - 4 Slices
- Besan - 1/2 Cup 
- Chaat Masala
- Turmeric Powder
- Red Chilly Powder
- Salt

PROCEDURE :-.
- In a Bowl, Take Besan add All Vegetables and Masala and Prepare a thick Batter.
- In a Non Stick Pan , Toast both the sides of Bread on Low Flame.
- After it gets Crispy , Apply Batter with Spoon on 1 Side of the Bread.
- Pour 1 Spoon oil on top and Flip it.
- Roast it till for 2 Mins or till it cooks nicely .
- Sprinkle Chaat Masala and Cut it.

Your Masala Toast is Ready !!
Serve it with Tea or Tomato Sauce.
