MEXICAN RICE



INTRODUCTION:-

Spicy and Hot Rice with Tangy and Cheesy Gravy

A Different Dish which is Simple and Easy


INGREDIENTS :-

For the Rice :

- Boiled Basmati Rice
- Finely Chopped Vegetables : Onion , Carrot , French Beans and Bell Peppers
- Red Chilly Sauce
- Tabasco Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Red Chilly Powder
- Salt
- Oil

For The Gravy :

- White Sauce ( Milk- 2 Cups , Butter - 1 Spoon , Maida - 2 Spoon. Mix all and Cook it tills it gets Thick )
- Chopped Vegetables - Onion and Bell Peppers
- Olives and Jalapeños for Topping
- Finely Chopped Garlic
- Red Chilly Sauce
- Tabasco Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Oregano and Chilly Flakes
- Red Chilly Powder
- Salt
- Butter

PROCEDURE :-

RICE :

Step 1:- In a Pan , Take Some Oil , Add the Onions in hot oil , After 2 Mins add Carrot and French Beans , After 1 Min add Bell Peppers

Step 2:- Add Salt and Stir fry for Some time. Red Chilly Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, Red Chilly Powder and Garlic Powder.

Step 3:- Stir Fry for 1 Minute. Add Rice and Mix it well

The Rice Is Ready !!




GRAVY :

Step 1:- In a Pan , take some Butter add Garlic and Onion. After 2 Minutes Add Bell Peppers.

Step 2:- Stir Fry for 2 Minutes, then Add Red Chilly Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, Oregano, Chilly Flakes, Red Chilly Powder and Salt (as per taste).

Step 3:- Stir Fry Properly then add White Sauce. Then Grate some Mozzarella Cheese.

Step 4:- Mix it Well and Add Some water if needed. Let it simmer till the gravy is Nice and thick

Your Gravy is Ready Too

SERVE THE RICE WITH GRAVY AND ENJOY !!


CHEESE SALAD FRANKIE


INTRODUCTION:-

Here is Something Healthy, Cheesy and Easy
Cheese Salad Frankie , Try it you'll definitely Love it

INGREDIENTS :-

- Half Cooked Roti ( Half Wheat and Half Maida )
- Vegetables of your Choice , we have used Carrot, Cucumber, Capsicum, Cabbage, Corn, Paneer, Olives and Jalapenos
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard Sauce ( If Available)
- Tabasco Sauce ( If Available)
- Cheese Spread
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Butter
- Oregano or Italian Seasoning
- Chilly Flakes
- Salt to taste

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- In a Bowl, take all the Vegetables and Add Mayonnaise, Cheese Spread, Mustard Sauce, Tabasco sauce, Oregano, Chilly Flakes and Salt as per your taste

Step 2:- Mix it well and keep it aside
Step 3:- On a Half Cooked Roti, Spread the Vegetable Mixture in the Centre and Grate Mozzarella Cheese on Top
Step 4:- Wrap it up and roast it on a Pan, using Butter till its golden brown

Your Cheese Salad Wrap is Ready !!!
Serve it with Tomato Sauce or Mint Chutney !!


LACHCHA PARATHA


INTRODUCTION:-

INGREDIENTS :-

- Half Maida and Half Wheat
- Oil (1 tbsp)
- Curd
- Salt
- Butter

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Prepare a Soft Dough using Half Maida and Half Wheat , add Curd (to bind) , salt and oil.

Step 2. Roll a Thick Roti , Apply some Butter and Sprinkle maida 

Step 3. Then Start Folding the Roti like Pleats in a Saree ( Refer Pics ) 

Step 4. Then Fold it in Round Shape 

Step 5. Roll a Roti out of it and Roast it on a Non Stick Pan using Butter

Your Lachcha Paratha Is Ready
Serve it with you Favorite Curry

INGREDIENTS :-

Sandwich bread
Cheese spread
Oregano
Cheese slice
Jalapenos
Bell peppers
Onions
Olives

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1.Cut sides of bread slices, and Apply cheese spread on bread.
Step 2.sprinkle oregano.
Step 3.put cheese slice on it, and arrange onions,olives,bell peppers,and Jalapenos
Step 4.Sprinkle some Oregano again.
Step 5.Bake it for 3 to 4 min in oven at 150 degree C
Serve it with some potato wafers and sauce.

Baked Cheese Grill Sandwich

INGREDIENTS :-

3 SLICES OF BREAD
2 SLICES OF CHEESE
CUCUMBER
TOMATO
BELL PEPPER
ONIONS
CHEESE SPREAD
BUTTER
MINT CHUTNEY
OREGANO

PROCEDURE :-

1. Cut sides of bread slices.
2. Apply mint chutney (Follow recipe of Mint Chutney Cube), butter. and cheese spread on each bread slice.
3. Put bell pepper, tomato,onion and cucumber And sprinkle Oregano.
4. put cheese slices on two bread and arrange breadslices
5. Grill sandwiches in oven at 160 degree C for 3 min then turn it and again grill it for 2 min.
6. You can prepare it in toaster or on nonstick pan at slow flame.

Cut it in your fav shape and serve it with sauce and potato wafers.

INTRODUCTION :-
HomeMade Dominos Like Stuffed Garlic Sticks

INGREDIENTS :-

For Dough -
Maida - 2 cups
Active Dry Yeast - 1/2 spoon
Sugar
Salt
Oregano
Garlic paste - 1/2 Tea Spoon
Oil - 1 Spoon
Corn Flour only for rolling roti and not for Dough ( Like Rava and not Corn Starch )

For Spice Mix -
Oregano
Chilly Flakes
Red Chilly Powder
Salt
Basil
Rose Mary
Thyme
Butter
Any Cheese Spread
Mozzarella Cheese
Corn
Olives
Jalapeños

PROCEDURE :-
Step 1 - In warm Water add 1/2 table spoon Yeast and 1/2 table spoon sugar and rest it for 5 minutes.
Step 2 - Add rest of the ingredients for dough and Rested yeast mixture, and prepare a Soft Dough and rest for 4 hour.
Step 3 - Crush all the Available ingredients for Spice mix.
Step 4 - Make 3 thick Rotis from the Dough.
Step 5 - Apply cheese spread and grate mozzarella cheese on the roti, cover it with another roti and Repeat Step 5 and then Cover it with a Roti.
Step 6 - apply Cheese Spread on half of the last Roti , Sprinkle Spice mix, Add Corn, olives and Jalapeños and grate mozzarella cheese.
Step 7 - Cover it as shown in the Picture and Properly press the Sides,
Brush Butter on top of it , Sprinkle spice mix and Make 1 inch Slits.
Step 8 - Bake it in the oven at 160 degree C for 20 mins and at 200 Degree C for another 5 Minutes.

Your Stuffed Garlic Sticks are Ready !
Serve it With Sauce and Cheese Dip


CHEESE SANDWICH


INTRODUCTION :-
For all the Cheese Lovers and Non-Cooks out there !!
Death By Cheese SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS :-
Sandwich Bread
Mozzarella (OR) Cheddar (OR) Cheddar blended with Mozzarella
Cheese Spread
Oregano
Chilly Flakes
Butter

PROCEDURE :-
Step 1 - Put some butter on a Pan and Roast 2 Breads for 2 mins at Low Flame.
Step 2 - Apply Cheese Spread , Sprinkle Oregano and Chilly Flakes and Grate Cheese on one of the Bread.
Step 3 - Put the the Other Bread on top. Then Grate cheese on top of the Sandwich, Turn it and Roast it Till the cheese becomes brown. ( Around 3 mins )
Step 4 - Do the same for the other side. Then rest it in a Standing position for 2 minutes. The Cheese should become crispy.

Your Death by Cheese Sandwich is Ready !!
Serve it with Sauce and Potato Wafers.


RAVA DOSA


INTRODUCTION :-
Instant , Healthy , Tasty and Very easy to make


INGREDIENTS :-
Rava - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Maida - 1 spoon
Curd - 1 cup
Grated - Carrot , Onion , Corriander and Green Chilly
Salt to taste

Procedure :-
Step 1 - For The Batter add Rava, Rice Flour , Maida , Curd and Salt and water. The consistency should be like Butter Milk very Thin Batter. Rest it for 30 mins.
Step 2 - Add the Vegetables and mix well. There should be no lumps.
Step 3 - Pour the batter on a Non Stick pan from a height of 1/2 feet from the pan , so that the Batter Spread by it self.
-First fill the outer corner of the Pan and then fill the gap inside. The Layer should be very Thin .
-Do not spread the batter With the Spoon.
-For Every Dosa mix the Batter Well or the Rava will settle down.
-Add oil on top , Sprinkle Karam Poodi ( Idly Masala )
YOUR RAVA DOSA IS ready !!
Serve with Your Favorite
Chutney !!


CHOLE WITH BUTTER ROTI


INGREDIENTS :-
FOR CHOLE : Kabuli Channa Soaked For 6-8 Hours
- Tomato - 3,  Onion - 1, Potato - 1
- Tamarind - 3 pieces ( 1 Inch )
- Chole Masala - 2 Tea Spoon, Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt
FOR BUTTER ROTI
- Maida - 1 Cup ( Optional ), Wheat Flour - 1 Cup ( 2 Cups if You're not using Maida )
- Oil - 2 Spoon, Curd - 2 Spoon, Sugar - 1/2 Tea Spoon,Soda - 1 Pinch, Salt to Taste
- Butter for Topping
PROCEDURE :-
Chole - In A Cooker , Add Oil , Mustard Seeds ( Rai ) after the oil gets hot add Chopped Onions. After 1 Min add Chopped Tomatoes and Potato , after they become soft add Chole Masala , Red Chilly Powder , Turmeric Powder and Salt. Then add ChicPeas ( Kabuli Channa ) and 2 Cups of Water and Cook it at Low Flame for 2 Whistles. ( If they aren't cooked properly after 2 whistles also , cook it for another whistle ) Add Tamarind Pieces and Boil till the water is Soaked.
Butter Roti - Prepare a Soft Dough by Adding Flour, Salt, Sugar , Oil , Soda and Curd. Rest it for 1 Hour
Roll a Roti , Apply water on One Side of Roti , and Put that Side on a Hot Non Stick Pan so the Roti Sticks.After 30 Seconds, Flip the Pan and Roast it on the Flames as Shown in the Pics, Apply Butter and Serve it Hot.
