TRIFLE PUDDING



INGREDIENTS :-
(measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)

- 250 grams eggless sponge cake (Follow CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM CAKE recipe)
- 2 to 2.5 cups chopped mix fruits
- 1.5 cups whole milk
- 3 tbsp custard powder
- 3 tbsp warm whole milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 to 5 tbsp mango puree or any fruit juice
- ½ cup 25% to 50% low fat cream
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract or essence (optional)


PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Make a paste of 3 tbsp custard powder to 3 tbsp warm milk and keep it aside.

Step 2. Add Custard powder to Milk and stir well.

Step 3. In another container take 1.5 cup milk, Add 4 tbsp Sugar. Stir and heat at low flame until sugar disolves.

Step 4. Add Custard powder paste. Keep on stirring till the custard thickens.

Step 5. In another bowl take 1/2 Cup cream (Low fat cream) and add Vanila exract to it. Whip the cream until you get soft peak and place it in refrigerator.

Step 6. Slice the cake into cubes. Line half a portion in a serving bowl, then 2-3 tbsp mango puree (Juice) on the cake.

Step 7. Now half layer of chopped mixed fruit, the spread half of the custard. Repeat step 6 & 7.

Step 8. Lastly a layer of Whipped cream

Step 9. Decorate the top layer with promogranate (You can use casher, kesar, Rose Petals etc.).

Cover with a foil or lid and keep the trifle pudding in the fridge to set for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.

Serve the chilled pudding.



APPLE MILKSHAKE



INTRODUCTION:-

During fasting, we always have fruit or fruit based drinks, juices or milkshakes in our diet. since most of the fasting food is carb loaded, it gets essential to balance the diet and include food with proteins and vitamins-minerals. Fruit based milkshakes are a good way to have proteins as well as essential vitamins during fasting.

In this recipe, I have added cinnamon powder. but if you don’t use cinnamon powder during fasting, then skip it entirely.

Always serve milkshakes fresh and don’t refrigerate them to be served later. The freshness goes away and the taste also changes.


INGREDIENTS :-

- Apple: 3-4 pc (Depending on size)
- Chilled Milk: 2 Cup
- Sugar: 2-3 tbsp (Depending on sweetness of Apple)
- Cinnamon Powder.


PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. peel, core and chop the apples. add them in the blender jar along ¼ tsp cinnamon powder and 2 to 3 tbsp sugar. the amount of sugar to be added depends on the sweetness of the apples. so add as required. if you want you can keep the peels of the apples.

Step 2. add ½ cup chilled milk.

Step 3. blend all the ingredients till smooth.

Step 4. add the remaining 1.5 cups chilled milk and blend again.

Pour the apple milkshake in glasses sprinkled with cinnamon powder.
You can also add some chopped apple. serve apple milkshake immediately.

FRESH FRUIT LEMONADE SYRUP


INTRODUCTION :-

INGREDIENTS :-
- Strawberry - 1 Cup
- Sugar - 1 Cup
- Water - 2 Cup
- Ginger Paste - 1/4 Tea Spoon
- Mint Leaves - 1/4 Cup
- Lemon - 1 Pc
- Salt - 1 Tea Spoon



PROCEDURE :-
- In a Pan, Add 2 Cups of Water and 1 Cup Sugar.
- After The Sugar Is Dissolved, Add Chopped Strawberry and Cook it Till it Becomes Soft.
- After Cooling it down a Little, Add Ginger paste and Mint Leaves anv GRIND it.
- Strain the Mixture and Cook it for 3-4 minutes till it Becomes Glossy.
- Turn Of the Stove and Add Lime Juice and salt.
Your STRAWBERRY LEMONADE SYRUP is Ready !!
You can Store it in the Fridge for 2 Months.
You can Also make this with Other Fruits like Orange, Pineapple, Kiwi, Plum and Peach.

How to Serve ?
- In a Glass , add 2 Spoon of Syrup , 4 Cubes Of Ice and Add Sprite !!

Your Lemonade is Ready !!.


POP SICKLE made with Real Fruits and Juice


INTRODUCTION :-
Beat the Heat with these Pop Sickles made with Real Fruits. Very Healthy and Tasty for Kids and Others. Try them and you'll forget all other Pop Sickles
All You Need is a Pop Sickle Mould. So keep an eye out for them when you go Grocery Shopping . An alternate for mould at the End of the Recipe.

INGREDIENTS :-
You can Use :-
Fruits :- Kiwi , Strawberry , Plum , Orange Pulp , Sweet Lime Pulp , Grapes , Watermelon , Pineapple and Mango ( Any other Fruits of your Choice )
Juice :- Orange , Strawberry Lemonade with Sprite , Mojito with Sprite , Pineapple , Sweet Lime , Apple
Any Milkshakes

RECIPE :-
In A Mould , Arrange Fruits and Pour Juice. Do add Sugar in the Juice. Freeze it for 6 Hours and Your Pop Sickles are Ready !!
Get all the Creativity out and Make Yummy Combinations.



ALTERNATE FOR MOULD
- You can Use Disposable Glass and Spoon. The Stick Of the Spoon should Come outside and the Spoon part should be inside , so the Pop Sickle Holds on.
