MANCHURIAN RICE



INTRODUCTION :-

Good time dinner with delicious combination of Manchurian and Rice.


INGREDIENTS :-

- Basmati Rice
- Manchurian Ball (Follow recipe Delicious Manchurian)
- Chopped: Cabbage, Carrot, Beans, Onion, Capsicum, Ginger, Garlic, Spring Onion and Chilly.
- Soya Sauce, Green Chilly Sauce and Vinegar.
- Chutney and Noodle Masala (If required).


PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. In a container (Kadai) add 2 tbsp oil. Add all chopped materials.

Step 2. After 2-3 minutes, add Soya Sauce, Green Chilly Sauce, Vinegar, Chutney, Noodle Masala and Salt.

Step 3. Then add boiled rice and mix it gently.Add Manchurian Balls. Make sure the rice does not break.

Your Manchurian Rice is ready to serve.


DELICIOUS MANCHURIAN



INTRODUCTION :-

All time favourite chinese dish.... Yes, thats Manchurian. Anything add to dish make the perfect combination. So here it is.


INGREDIENTS :-

- Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Beans, Capsicum and Scallion (Green Onion).
- All purpose Flour (Maida)
- Corn Flour - 2 spoon.
- Chilli Sauce, Soya Sauce and Vinegar.
- Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Oil - For Frying.
- Salt (As per taste).


PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Chop all vegetables. Add Chilli Sauce, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Ginger Garlic Paste and Salt. Mix it well.

Step 2. Add Corn Flour and all time flour and mix it well.

Step 3.  Prepare ball (As shown in picture) and deep fry till colour gets golden brown.

Your Manchurian Balls are Ready. It now time to make the gravy.

Step 4. In a container (Kadai), add 2 spoon Oil, Ginger Garlic Paste, Onion, Capsicum and then Green Onion.

Step 5. Then add Sauce mix and salt. After 1 minute, add Manchurian Balls and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Your Delicious Manchurian is ready to be served with Chowmein, Freid Rice or as vegetable with Tandoori.
(Note: Donot use Ginger Garlic paste if you want a dry Manchurian)


RICE SEVAI UPMA



INGREDIENTS :-
(measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)

For cooking rice vermicelli:
- 180 grams rice sevai(rice vermicelli) about 1.75 cups
- 4.5 to 5 cups water for cooking rice vermicelli

For tempering:
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 green chilies (chopped)
- 1/2 inch ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 8 to 10 curry leaves
- 12 to 15 cashews (halved or whole)
- 4 to 5 tbsp grated coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (you can also use ghee)
- 2 to 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 small to medium lime or lemon, sliced or diced for Garnish.
- salt as required


PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Take a pan and boil 5 cup of water. Add 1.75 cups rice sevai to the boiling water

Step 2. Stir gently and cook the sevai on a medium to high flame.

Step 3. Drain the sevai in a strainer. Keep the cooked sevai aside.

Tempering & Preparing the upma:
Step 1. In another pan, heat 2 tbsp coconut oil and add mustard seeds and let them crackle. 

Step 2. Add 12 to 15 cashews, saute till the cashew get a bit golden.

Step 3. Add 1 tsp finely chopped ginger, ½ tsp green chilies. stir and saute for 5 to 10 seconds.

Step 4. Add finely chopped onion and 10 curry leaves. Saute till the onions become translucent. Don't brown them. 

Step 5. Add the cooked rice sevai and stir very well.

Step 6. Season with salt. stir and add 4 to 5 tbsp fresh grated coconut. 

Drizzle some lemon juice while serving.
Serve rice sevai hot plain or with coconut chutney.  Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.


EAGLESS SPONGE CAKE WITH APPLESAUCE


INTRODUCTION :- 

Birthday or a party at home. Cake is the main dish of celebration. Now make egg less cake at home in no time.


INGREDIENTS :-

- 1.5 cups Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp vinegar(or lemon juice)



PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Take a mixing bowl, take unsweetened applesauce, Oil & Sugar and stir this mixture well.
Step 2. Add Vinegar to it.
Step 3. Add the dry ingredients - Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and Salt. Mix it well
Step 4. Add vanilla extract. Fold the dry ingredients in the wet ingredients lightly. The batter will fel light. Pour the batter in a Microwave Pan.
Step 5.  Preheat Oven for 35-40 min. Bake at 180 degree celcius (You can use round, square or any other shape mould). When baked, check it with fork or toothpick. Allow it to cool down before removing the pan.

Slice and serve this eggless apple cake with milk, tea or coffee.


SHAKARKAND HALWA (SWEET POTATO)



INTRODUCTION :-

Shakarkand Halwa has a very unique and delicate flavor. This is generally not available in restaurants, it’s certainly worth the effort.

INGREDIENTS :- (Servings: 4)

Shakarkand (sweet potatoes): 3 cup boiled and grated

Sugar: 1 Cup

Ghee (clarified butter): 1/3 Cup

Full Cream Milk: 1/4 Cup

Chopped almonds (optional): 2 tbsp



PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Boil shakarkand in a pressure cooker (If shakarkand is big, cut it into 2 or more pieces). Add shakarkand to a pressure cooker. Pour about one inch of water and close the lid. Cook till it starts whistling. Lower the heat and cook for 7 more minutes. Turn off the heat. Open the cooker when steam dies down. Shakarkand should be soft to touch.
Step 2. Chop almonds coarsely lengthwise.
Step 3. Peel and grate shakarkand when they are comfortable to touch.
Step 4. Heat ghee in a pan and add grated shakarkand. Stir constantly on low heat. Fry till golden brown (about 15 minutes).
Step 5. Add sugar and milk and stir constantly.
Step 6. Turn off the heat when all the milk is absorbed and mixture is smooth (about 5 minutes).

Garnish with almonds and serve it hot.


KHUS KHUS HALWA


INTRODUCTION :-

Halwa made with poppy seeds is nutritious and also provides warmness and strength. Khus khus halwa is given to new mother so that it provides strength and improves the health as well. Do prepare khus khus halwa during winters. 
INGREDIENTS :-
  • Poppy seeds - ¾ cup (100 grams)
  • Sugar - ¾ cup (100 grams)
  • Milk - 1 cup (250 grams)
  • Desi ghee - 1/3 cup (70 grams)
  • Green cardamom - 4-5
  • Almonds - 5-6


PROCEDURE :-

Step 1.Clean poppy seeds and soak in water for 4-5 hours. Peel cardamom and make powder from it. Thinly slice almonds.
Step 2.Drain the excess water from poppy seeds. Finely grind poppy seeds in a mixture grinder. Add water or milk as per requirement.
Step 3. Add half the amount of ghee in pan and then add khus khus paste into it. Stir constantly and roast until color changes and nice aroma emits from it. Add more ghee if needed. Take out roasted khus khus in a separate bowl.
Step 4. Add sugar and milk in a pan and cook until it dissolves completely.
Step 5. Add roasted khus khus into it and cook until it gets thick consistency. Also add cardamom powder and mix well.
Step 6. Take out halwa in a serving plate and add rest of the ghee. Garnish with thinly sliced almonds.
Serve hot khus khus halwa and enjoy eating. It can be stored in refrigerator for 7 days. 


BAKED PIZZA PARATHA



INTRODUCTION :-

BAKED PIZZA PARATHA


INGREDIENTS :-

FOR DOUGH
MAIDA 1 Bowl
OIL 1 TBS
CURD 1 TBS
SUGURE 1 Tea spoon
BAKING SODA 1 Pinch
SALT to taste
Prepare a dough like paratha and rest it for 2 hours..

FOR FILLING
CARROT, ONION, OLIVES, RED, GREEN & YELLOW BELL PEPPERS, JALAPENOS & MOZZARELLA CHEESE

PROCEDURE :-

1. prepare two big roties
2. on one roti spread, cheese spread
3. cut all veggies, in small cubs and add on roti
4. add black olives and Jalapenos
5. add greated cheese on it
6. spriknle oregano , chilly flakes and italian seasoning

Cover this roti with other roti as shown in pic
Bake it in oven for 10 min at 180 degree C
Cut it and serve it with your fav chutney or sauce


BAKED CHEESE GRILL SANDWICH



INTRODUCTION :-

Easy To Make Recipe for all the Non-Cooks and CHEESE LOVERS.
Baked Cheese Grill Sandwich

INGREDIENTS :-

3 SLICES OF BREAD
2 SLICES OF CHEESE
CUCUMBER
TOMATO
BELL PEPPER
ONIONS
CHEESE SPREAD
BUTTER
MINT CHUTNEY
OREGANO

PROCEDURE :-

1. Cut sides of bread slices.
2. Apply mint chutney (Follow recipe of Mint Chutney Cube), butter. and cheese spread on each bread slice.
3. Put bell pepper, tomato,onion and cucumber And sprinkle Oregano.
4. put cheese slices on two bread and arrange breadslices
5. Grill sandwiches in oven at 160 degree C for 3 min then turn it and again grill it for 2 min.
6. You can prepare it in toaster or on nonstick pan at slow flame.

Cut it in your fav shape and serve it with sauce and potato wafers.


NUGGET SANDWICH AND BURGER

NUGGET SANDWICH AND NUGGET BURGER

Ingredients for Nugget Sandwich :-

Cheesy Vegetable Nuggets ( Refer Snack no. 2 on our page for the recipe)
Sandwich bread
Cheese Slice
Oregano
Mint Chutney
Butter

Procedure :-

Step 1 - Cut Bread and Cheese slice in the size of the Nugget.
Step 2 - Apply Butter and Mint Chutney on 2 Bread pieces and Sprinkle Oregano.
Step 3 - Place the nugget on 1 bread and Cheese Slice on top of the nugget. Then the other bread on top of it.
Step 4 - Roast the Sandwich on a Non Stick Pan on Low Flame till it Becomes Light Brown and Crispy on both sides.
Your Nugget Sandwich is Ready !!
Serve it with Sauce , Potato Wafers and Cola !




INGREDIENTS FOR NUGGET BURGER :-

Round Nugget Patty ( It's just a Round Shaped and Bigger in Size Cheesy Nugget )
Bun
Cheese Spread
Oregano
Cheese Slice
Mayonnaise
You can also Add Vegetables of your choice like - Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce etc

Procedure :-

Step 1 - Apply Cheese Spread on the bun, Sprinkle Oregano and Bake it in the Over or MicroWave for 1 min at 160 degree C.
Step 2 - Place the Patty on the Bun, You can Add the Vegetables now, Apply some Mayonnaise on it and Put a Cheese Slice.
You can also bake the Burger after it's Ready for 30 seconds at 160 degree C.
Your Nugget Burger is Ready !!
Serve it with French Fries, Sauce and Cola !!

Crispy Onion and Capsicum Rings

INGREDIENTS :-

For batter :-
Maida - 3 Spoon
Corn Starch - 1 Spoon
Salt
Eno - 1/2 tea spoon
Onion Rings
Capsicum rings
Bread Crum
Chaat Masala

PROCEDURE :-
Step 1 - Prepare a Batter which should be less thicker than a Dosa Batter.
Step 2 - Dip the Rings in the batter and coat it with bread crums
Step 3 - Deep Fry them and and Sprinkle chaat masala.

Your Onion Rings and Capsicum rings are Ready !!
Tip :- Don't fry more that 4 rings at a time.
