MIX VEGETABLE WITH PAPAD PARATHA



INTRODUCTION:-

Healthy and Tasty , Easy to Make and Something Different

A Must Try , Dinner Recipe


INGREDIENTS :-

FOR Mix Vegetable

-Tomato , Onion , Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chilly Powder , Turmeric Powder , Salt and Oil (For the Gravy)
- Potato , Carrot , Green Peas , French Beans ( All Boiled ) You can also use Cauliflower, Broccoli, Sweet Corn etc
- Bell Peppers , Onion , Paneer
- Cashew Nuts
- Butter
- Curd
- Garam Masala or Kitchen King Masala

FOR Papad Paratha

- Wheat Dough ( Like for Paratha )
- Roasted Papad ( Any ) we have used Udad Dal Papad
- Red a Chilly Powder and Salt Mixed in 2 Spoon Ghee

PROCEDURE :-

FOR Mix Vegetable

GRAVY

Step 1:- In a Pan , Take Some oil , add Mustard Seeds , when they start to crackle and the oil is Hot

Step 2:- Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Onions. After 2 Mins add Tomato

Step 3:- Then Add Some Red Chilly Powder and Salt. Cook it Till the Tomato Dissolves for around 3-4 Minutes

Step 4:- The Grind that Mixture into a Gravy

Your Gravy Is Ready !!


Mix Vegetable

Step 1:- In a Pan , Add Oil , Mustard Seeds , after they start to crackle. Add Onion after a Minute Add Cashew Nut and then Bell Peppers

Step 2:- Add all the Boiled Vegetables. After 2 Minutes add Kitchen King Masala , Red Chilly Powder , Turmeric Powder and Salt

Step 3:- Stir Fry it for 3-4 Minutes. Add the Gravy and Paneer ,Mix it , then Add Smooth Curd

Step 4:- Mix it and then Add Some butter if you like. If it's Thick you can add Some Water. Let it Simmer for 2-3 minutes

YOUR MIX VEGETABLE IS READY !!



For Papad Paratha

Step 1:- Roll a Roti , Apply Ghee Mixture , Cut it into small Pieces as shown in the Picture

Step 2:- Sprinkle Crushed Papad on a Piece , place another piece of roti on top and Keep on layering all Pieces that way ( Refer Pictures )

Step 3:- Press it With hand , Sprinkle some Flour and Roll it into a Roti. Roast it like a Normal Paratha

YOUR PAPAD PARATHA IS READY !!


LACHCHA PARATHA


INTRODUCTION:-
Restaurant Like Lachcha Paratha at Home

Do Try it , it's Something Different

INGREDIENTS :-

- Half Maida and Half Wheat
- Oil (1 tbsp)
- Curd
- Salt
- Butter

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Prepare a Soft Dough using Half Maida and Half Wheat , add Curd (to bind) , salt and oil.

Step 2. Roll a Thick Roti , Apply some Butter and Sprinkle maida 

Step 3. Then Start Folding the Roti like Pleats in a Saree ( Refer Pics ) 

Step 4. Then Fold it in Round Shape 

Step 5. Roll a Roti out of it and Roast it on a Non Stick Pan using Butter

Your Lachcha Paratha Is Ready
Serve it with you Favorite Curry


CHEESY PANEER WRAP



INTRODUCTION :-
Very Easy ,Tasty and Healthy Snack !

INGREDIENTS :-
- Thin Half Cooked Wheat Roti
- Paneer Marinated with Paneer Tikka Marination
- Finely Chopped Tomato , Onion and Capsicum
- Cheese Spread
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Chaat Masala
- Kitchen King or Garam Masala
- Salt
- Oil - 1 Spoon

PROCEDURE :-
- In a Kadai Take Oil , Add Paneer Stir for 1 Minute, Remove Paneer and keep it aside
- Add Onion , After 1 Minute , Add Capsicum , after another Minute add Tomato
- Add Kitchen King Masala , Chaat Masala and Salt to taste
- Add Panner and Stir Fry for 2 Mins
- Your Paneer filling is ready now remove it and Keep it Aside
- Cut the Roti into Half
- Apply Cheese Spread , then Filling in a Triangular shape as Shown in the Pic
- Grate Mozzarella Cheese on it
- Wrap it as Shown in the Pic
- Shallow Fry the Wrap on Non Stick Pan at Low Flame , Till it becomes Crisp
- Do the Same for both the Side ( Shallow Fry the Side with the Folds First )

Your Cheesy Paneer Wrap is Ready !!
Serve it with Mint Chutney and Sauce !!


BAKED PIZZA PARATHA



INTRODUCTION :-

BAKED PIZZA PARATHA


INGREDIENTS :-

FOR DOUGH
MAIDA 1 Bowl
OIL 1 TBS
CURD 1 TBS
SUGURE 1 Tea spoon
BAKING SODA 1 Pinch
SALT to taste
Prepare a dough like paratha and rest it for 2 hours..

FOR FILLING
CARROT, ONION, OLIVES, RED, GREEN & YELLOW BELL PEPPERS, JALAPENOS & MOZZARELLA CHEESE

PROCEDURE :-

1. prepare two big roties
2. on one roti spread, cheese spread
3. cut all veggies, in small cubs and add on roti
4. add black olives and Jalapenos
5. add greated cheese on it
6. spriknle oregano , chilly flakes and italian seasoning

Cover this roti with other roti as shown in pic
Bake it in oven for 10 min at 180 degree C
Cut it and serve it with your fav chutney or sauce


VEGETABLE PARATHA


INTRODUCTION :-
HEALTY , TASTY AND EASY LUNCH BOX RECIPE

INGREDIENTS :-
Vegetables of your Choice, we've used - Carrot, Cabbage, sweet corn, capsicum, onion, French beans and Green chilly
Wheat Flour
Oil
Chaat masala
Salt

PROCEDURE :-
Step 1 - Finely Chop all Vegetables and Add salt, oil and Wheat Flour as much as needed for binding the dough (DONT ADD WATER and Prepare immediately after making the dough)
Step 2 - Prepare Paratha as shown in the pic and Sprinkle chaat masala

Your Vegetable Paratha is Ready
Serve it with Curd, Tea or Pickle

TAVA CURRY



INTRODUCTION :-

Not All Of Your Family may Like the Same Vegetables. NOW Hers is the SOLUTION to Make a Different Curry for Each Of Your Family Member.

INGREDIENTS :- 
- Vegetables of Your Choice (Fry Them All except Peas and Sweet Corn, Boil them and Use Raw Paneer)
- Butter
- Ginger Garlic Paster
- Mustard Seeds
- Cumin Seeds
- For Gravy:-
  - Masala Curd ( In half A Cup Curd, Add Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 Tea Spoon, Garam Masala - 1 Tea Spoon, Chaat Masala - 1/4 Tea Spoon )
  - Kaju Peanut Paste ( 1/4 th Cup Each, Soak them for 1 Hour and Grind it into a Smooth Paste. )
  - Onion Tomato Purée ( In a Kadai take Some Oil, 2 Chopped Onions. After 2 mins Add 2 Tomato, Turmeric powder, Red Chilly Powder and Salt as per your Taste. Stir Fry for 4-5 Mins , Grind it and make The Purée)

PROCEDURE :-
Step 1 - FOR GRAVY
- In a Kadai , Take Some Butter add Mustard Seeds Cumin Seeds and Ginger Garlic Paste.
- After 1 Minute add Onion Tomato Purée and Masala Curd.
- After 2 Minutes add Kaju and Peanut Paste.
- Stir and Mix It Well and if the Gravy is thick add a Little Water.
- Add Some Butter from Top and Cook it for 4-5 Mins.
Step 2 - Arrange all the Vegetables on the TAVA and GRAVY In the Middle as Shown in The Pic. Mix the Gravy and Vegetables as Per Liking and Serve.
Your TAVA CURRY IS READY !!

Serve it with Paratha, Curd, Papad and Onions.
TIP :- You Can use This GRAVY for Any other CURRY !!


STUFFED LACHCHA PARATHA


Introduction:
A New Look of Aloo Paratha.
It's Healthy, Tasty and Easy to Make and Looks Very Tempting.

INGREDIENTS :-
- Wheat Flour Dough ( Soft )
- Boiled, Mashed and Salted Potato 
(Jains can Use Paneer and Raw Banana)
- Masala (Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/4 Tea Spoon, Red Chilly Powder - 1 Tea Spoon , Dhaniya Powder - 3 Tea Spoon , Salt - to taste and Mix It Well)
- Fresh Coriander (Finely Chopped)
- Ghee or Oil


PROCEDURE :-


- Roll a Thick and Big Roti.

- Sprinkle Coriander and Press it Well.

- Spread Mashed Potato and Sprinkle Masala. Press it.



- Roll the Paratha as Shown in the Pic Below


- Cut it into Half inch Pieces.
- Roll it and Prepare Paratha.
