MEXICAN RICE



INTRODUCTION:-

Spicy and Hot Rice with Tangy and Cheesy Gravy

A Different Dish which is Simple and Easy


INGREDIENTS :-

For the Rice :

- Boiled Basmati Rice
- Finely Chopped Vegetables : Onion , Carrot , French Beans and Bell Peppers
- Red Chilly Sauce
- Tabasco Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Red Chilly Powder
- Salt
- Oil

For The Gravy :

- White Sauce ( Milk- 2 Cups , Butter - 1 Spoon , Maida - 2 Spoon. Mix all and Cook it tills it gets Thick )
- Chopped Vegetables - Onion and Bell Peppers
- Olives and Jalapeños for Topping
- Finely Chopped Garlic
- Red Chilly Sauce
- Tabasco Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Oregano and Chilly Flakes
- Red Chilly Powder
- Salt
- Butter

PROCEDURE :-

RICE :

Step 1:- In a Pan , Take Some Oil , Add the Onions in hot oil , After 2 Mins add Carrot and French Beans , After 1 Min add Bell Peppers

Step 2:- Add Salt and Stir fry for Some time. Red Chilly Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, Red Chilly Powder and Garlic Powder.

Step 3:- Stir Fry for 1 Minute. Add Rice and Mix it well

The Rice Is Ready !!




GRAVY :

Step 1:- In a Pan , take some Butter add Garlic and Onion. After 2 Minutes Add Bell Peppers.

Step 2:- Stir Fry for 2 Minutes, then Add Red Chilly Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, Oregano, Chilly Flakes, Red Chilly Powder and Salt (as per taste).

Step 3:- Stir Fry Properly then add White Sauce. Then Grate some Mozzarella Cheese.

Step 4:- Mix it Well and Add Some water if needed. Let it simmer till the gravy is Nice and thick

Your Gravy is Ready Too

SERVE THE RICE WITH GRAVY AND ENJOY !!


MIX VEGETABLE FRIED RICE



INTRODUCTION :-

MIX VEGETABLE FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS :-

- Boiled Basmati Rice

- Paneer, Onions , Bell Peppers , Sweet Corn , Carrot , French Beans and Spring Onion ( Vegetable of your choice)

- Red Chilly Sauce

- Tabasco Sauce - if Avaialble

- Schezwan Sauce - If Available

- Ginger Garlic Paste - Optional

- Soya Sauce & Vinegar - Optional

- Red Chilly Powder

- Salt

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1- In a Pan , Take Some Oil , add Ginger Garlic Paste , then Onions , Carrot and French Beans

Step 2- Stir Fry for some time , then add Bell Peppers , Sweet Corn and Spring Onions

Step 3- Add All the Sauces Available and the ones you Like

Step 4- Mix it and then add Red Chilly Powder and Salt

Step 5- Stir Fry for 3-4 Minutes and then add Paneer

Step 6- After 2 minutes add Boiled rice and Mix it well

Your Mix Vegetable Fried Rice is Ready !!



SCHEZWAN NOODLES WITH SCHEZWAN PANEER



INTRODUCTION :-

Schezwan Noodles with Schezwan Paneer
Chinese Food is everyone's Favorite. Now you can make Chinese at Home all You Need is Some "Chings" Magic !!
It's Very easy and Takes Very Less Time.

For Schezwan Noodles
INGREDIENTS :-
- Boiled Noodles
- Chings Noodles Miracle Masala
- Chings Schezwan Chutney
  (Easily Available in Supermarkets)
- Vegetables :- Onion, Carrot, Capsicum and Cabbage ( You can Also Use Spring Onions )
- Oil - 2 Table Spoon
- Salt to Taste

PROCEDURE :-
- In a Kadai , take 2 Table Spoon Oil
Add all The Vegetables ( Chopped , Long and Fine )
- Stir Fry then for about 2 mins, Add Salt, Chings Noodles Masala and Schezwan Chutney and then Stir Fry for 1 min
- Add Boiled Noodles and Mix Well for about 2 mins.
Your Schezwan Noodles are Ready !!



For Schezwan Paneer
INGREDIENTS :-
- Chings Schezwan Paneer or Chilly Paneer Mix
- Paneer
- Vegetables :- Onion, Capsicum and Carrot
- Corn Flour
- Oil - 2 Table Spoon
- Soya Sauce
- Black Pepper
- Salt

PROCEDURE :-
- Add Soya Sauce, Salt and Black Pepper in Paneer and Marinate it. Then add Corn Flour and Coat it well.
- Deep Fry the Paneer and Keep it aside.
- In a Kadai, Take oil Add All Vegetables and stir fry for 2 mins , then Add Fried Paneer and Salt
- Mix The Chings Schezwan Paneer mix in water ( Mix only Half if Making Less quantity )
- Add that Mixture in Vegetables and Let it Boil till the Water becomes Thick Gravy ( 2-3 Mins )
Your Schewan Paneer is Ready !!

RED SAUCE PASTA



INTRODUCTION :-
Mouth watering pasta.

INGREDIENTS :-

For Red Sauce
-Blanched Tomato Purée of 4 tomatoes
-Onion - 1
-Bell Pepper ( red, yellow and green )
-Garlic paste - 1/2 Sp
-Hot and Sweet Tomato sauce - 3 Sp
-Butter - 1 Sp
-Chilly Flakes
-Oregano
-Salt to taste
Boiled Pasta
Boiled Vegetables of your choice, we have used - Sweet Corn, French Beans, Peas Carrot and Spinach

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1 - Prepare Red Sauce , Take butter in a Pan then add Garlic Paste after 30 seconds Add Onion and Bell Peppers And mix it well. Then add Blanched Tomato Purée and Sauce. Season it with Chilly Flakes,
Oregano and Salt. Cook it till the Sauce becomes thick and Your RED SAUCE IS READY !!
Step 2 - Add Boiled Vegetables and Boiled Pasta in the Red Sauce and season it with Salt, Oregano and Chilly Flakes and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3 - You can top it with Cheese, Olives, Jalapeños, Chilly Flakes and Oregano.
Your Red Sauce Pasta is ready !!

LASAGNA


INTRODUCTION :-

VEGETABLE LASAGNA

INGREDIENTS :-
-Red Sauce
-White Sauce

- For Lasagna Sheets :-
Maida and Wheat Flour in equal Proportions
Oil
Salt
Warm Water
-For Stir Fried Vegetables :-
- Vegetables of your Choice, we have used - Sweet Corn, Bell Peppers ( red, yellow and green ), Spinach, Onion, Carrot and French Beans
- Butter
- Garlic Paste
- For Topping Paneer, Olives, Jalapeños and Mozzarella Cheese ( Britania )

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1 - For Lasagna Sheets

- Make a Dough and Roll Lasagna Sheets according to the shape of your Oven Proof vessel.
- Boil the Sheets for 3 minutes and put them in Cold water for 1 minute.
Your Lasagna Sheets are Ready

Step 2 - For Stir Fried Vegetables
- Take butter in a Pan, add Garlic Paste, Onion and then the Other Vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3 - Assembling
- Grease the Oven Proof Vessel With Butter
- Apply A layer of Red Sauce
- Place A Lasagna Sheet
- Apply Red Sauce on top of the Sheet
- Spread the Vegetables
- Apply White Sauce on top of the Vegetables
- Grate cheese and Sprinkle Oregano and Chilly Flakes
- Place another sheet and Repeat till the vessel is Almost Full ( not more that 3 times )
- Top it with Paneer, Olives and Jalapeños and the last Layer Should be of Cheese

Baking :-
Cover the vessel with Aluminum Foil and Bake it for 20-25 mins at 180 Degrees
Then Remove the Foil and Bake it for another 10-15 mins.

Your Vegetable Lasagna Is Ready !!
Serve it Hot.
