DATES MILKSHAKE (RAW DATES)


INTRODUCTION:-

Also Known as Barhee Dates or Khalal Dates.

They are Very Healthy Prevents many Health Problems like High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol and here's how you can make a Milk Shake.

They are easily Found in Gujarat, Not Easily Available Everywhere , but when you Find them , Grab them !!


INGREDIENTS:- (for 1 Glass)

- Chopped Dates - 10-15
- Milk - 1 Cup
- Sugar - 1 Spoon
- Ice - 4-5 Cubes

PROCEDURE:-

Step 1- Add all Ingredients in a Mixer Grinder and Grind it and Strain it

Step 2:- Your Dates Milkshake is Ready

SERVE CHILLED

INTRODUCTION :-

Easy , Simple and Tasty Snack for Breakfast, Tea Time and Supper

INGREDIENTS :-

- Maida - 250 Grams
- Oil - 4 Table Spoon
- Sugar - 1 Tea Cup
- Water - 1 Cup
- Salt - 2 Pinches

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1- Add Sugar in Water and Give a Boil and Keep it Aside till it comes to room temperature.

Step 2- In Maida add Oil and Salt and Mix it well till it comes to a Bread Crum Consistency.

Step 3- Add the Sugar Syrup in the Maida Mixture and Prepare Dough. Rest it For 1 Hour.

Step 4- Roll a thick and big Roti , and make Round Circles using a Cutter or a Bottle Cap. Prick them with a Fork.

Step 5- Then Fry them in Hot Oil at Low Flame till they are Light Brown, very Gently or else it may Break. It will be Soft first , then it will become crispy once it cools down.

Your SHAKAR PAARA are Ready !!
