BHEL PURI



INTRODUCTION :-
Bhel Puri is a good evening time snacks. Very easily made.


INGREDIENTS :-
- Masala Peanut Chutney (Follow my previous reciepe)
- Onion, Tomato, Cucumber, Coriander and Lime Juice
- Puff Rice
- Red Chilly Powder
- Chaat Masala
- Salt

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Take puff rice in a bowl. Add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander powder and lime juice to it.

Step 2. Mix it well. Then add Masala peanut Chutney, Salt and Chaat Masala. Mix it well.

Garnish it with Podina and Bhujia. Ready to serve.
