MAC AND CHEESE



INTRODUCTION:-

All Time Favorite and The Solution for CHEESE and Pasta Craving - Mac & Cheese !!!

Try This and You'll go Crazy over it !!

I'm Sure your Kids Will Love it


INGREDIENTS :-

- White Sauce ( Milk- 2 Cups , Butter - 1 Spoon , Maida - 2 Spoon. Mix all and Cook it tills it gets Thick )
- Boiled Macaroni ( If you don't have Macaroni you can use Any Other Pasta , we used Penne )
- Chopped Vegetables - Onion, Bell Peppers , Carrot. You can Also Use Corn
- Chopped Olive and Jalapeños for Topping
- Crushed Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Tomato Ketchup
- Tobasco Sauce ( If Available )
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Oregano & Chilly Flakes
- Red Chilly Powder and Salt

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- In a Pan , Take 1 Spoon Butter , Add Onions , Garlic and after 1 Minute Other Vegetables

Step 2:- Add Tomato Ketchup, Tobasco sauce , Red Chilly Powder , Salt , Oregano and Chilly Flakes

Step 3:- Then Stir Fry for 2 mins and After it gets Dry add White Sauce and Grate Cheese

Step 4:- Mix it well then add Boiled Macaroni and Let it Simmer a little

Step 5:- Then Pour it in a Microwave Safe Glass Bowl ( Or any other Microwave Safe Bowl )

Step 6:- Grate Some Cheese and top it with Olives and Jalapeños and also Sprinkle Oregano and Chilly flakes

Step 7:- Preheat Oven at 180 C for 10 mins , and then Bake it For 10 mins at 180 C

ALTERNATE - If you don't have an Oven

--In a Microwave Bake it for 2 Minutes in Reheat or Quick Mode ( The Mode you use to Heat the food )

-- In the Same pan when it simmers you can Top it with Cheese and Close it with a Lid and Let it cook till the cheese melts

Your MAC & CHEESE is Ready !!


MIX VEGETABLE WITH PAPAD PARATHA



INTRODUCTION:-

Healthy and Tasty , Easy to Make and Something Different

A Must Try , Dinner Recipe


INGREDIENTS :-

FOR Mix Vegetable

-Tomato , Onion , Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chilly Powder , Turmeric Powder , Salt and Oil (For the Gravy)
- Potato , Carrot , Green Peas , French Beans ( All Boiled ) You can also use Cauliflower, Broccoli, Sweet Corn etc
- Bell Peppers , Onion , Paneer
- Cashew Nuts
- Butter
- Curd
- Garam Masala or Kitchen King Masala

FOR Papad Paratha

- Wheat Dough ( Like for Paratha )
- Roasted Papad ( Any ) we have used Udad Dal Papad
- Red a Chilly Powder and Salt Mixed in 2 Spoon Ghee

PROCEDURE :-

FOR Mix Vegetable

GRAVY

Step 1:- In a Pan , Take Some oil , add Mustard Seeds , when they start to crackle and the oil is Hot

Step 2:- Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Onions. After 2 Mins add Tomato

Step 3:- Then Add Some Red Chilly Powder and Salt. Cook it Till the Tomato Dissolves for around 3-4 Minutes

Step 4:- The Grind that Mixture into a Gravy

Your Gravy Is Ready !!


Mix Vegetable

Step 1:- In a Pan , Add Oil , Mustard Seeds , after they start to crackle. Add Onion after a Minute Add Cashew Nut and then Bell Peppers

Step 2:- Add all the Boiled Vegetables. After 2 Minutes add Kitchen King Masala , Red Chilly Powder , Turmeric Powder and Salt

Step 3:- Stir Fry it for 3-4 Minutes. Add the Gravy and Paneer ,Mix it , then Add Smooth Curd

Step 4:- Mix it and then Add Some butter if you like. If it's Thick you can add Some Water. Let it Simmer for 2-3 minutes

YOUR MIX VEGETABLE IS READY !!



For Papad Paratha

Step 1:- Roll a Roti , Apply Ghee Mixture , Cut it into small Pieces as shown in the Picture

Step 2:- Sprinkle Crushed Papad on a Piece , place another piece of roti on top and Keep on layering all Pieces that way ( Refer Pictures )

Step 3:- Press it With hand , Sprinkle some Flour and Roll it into a Roti. Roast it like a Normal Paratha

DATES MILKSHAKE (RAW DATES)


INTRODUCTION:-

Also Known as Barhee Dates or Khalal Dates.

They are Very Healthy Prevents many Health Problems like High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol and here's how you can make a Milk Shake.

They are easily Found in Gujarat, Not Easily Available Everywhere , but when you Find them , Grab them !!


INGREDIENTS:- (for 1 Glass)

- Chopped Dates - 10-15
- Milk - 1 Cup
- Sugar - 1 Spoon
- Ice - 4-5 Cubes

PROCEDURE:-

Step 1- Add all Ingredients in a Mixer Grinder and Grind it and Strain it

Step 2:- Your Dates Milkshake is Ready

SERVE CHILLED


LAUKI AND SABUDANA KHEER [SWEET]



INTRODUCTION:-

A Different Variant of Kheer , You can have this While Fasting , It's Falhari

It's Very Tasty , Healthy and Easy !!


INGREDIENTS :-

- Grated Lauki ( Long Melon ) - 1 Cup
- Soaked Sabudana - 1 Cup
- Milk - 1/2 Liter
- Chopped Almonds and Cashew
- Sugar
- Elaichi Powder ( Optional )

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- In a Pan , Add Milk then add Lauki, Sabudana and Sugar

Step 2:- Cook it till the Sabudana and Lauki is Cooked for about 15 mins

Step 3:- Then Add Almonds and Cashew. You can Also Add Elaichi Powder if you Like.

Step 4:- Cook it till it gets Thick

Your Kheer is Ready !! You can serve it hot as well as cold.


MEXICAN RICE



INTRODUCTION:-

Spicy and Hot Rice with Tangy and Cheesy Gravy

INGREDIENTS :-

For the Rice :

- Boiled Basmati Rice
- Finely Chopped Vegetables : Onion , Carrot , French Beans and Bell Peppers
- Red Chilly Sauce
- Tabasco Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Red Chilly Powder
- Salt
- Oil

For The Gravy :

- White Sauce ( Milk- 2 Cups , Butter - 1 Spoon , Maida - 2 Spoon. Mix all and Cook it tills it gets Thick )
- Chopped Vegetables - Onion and Bell Peppers
- Olives and Jalapeños for Topping
- Finely Chopped Garlic
- Red Chilly Sauce
- Tabasco Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Oregano and Chilly Flakes
- Red Chilly Powder
- Salt
- Butter

PROCEDURE :-

RICE :

Step 1:- In a Pan , Take Some Oil , Add the Onions in hot oil , After 2 Mins add Carrot and French Beans , After 1 Min add Bell Peppers

Step 2:- Add Salt and Stir fry for Some time. Red Chilly Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, Red Chilly Powder and Garlic Powder.

Step 3:- Stir Fry for 1 Minute. Add Rice and Mix it well

The Rice Is Ready !!




GRAVY :

Step 1:- In a Pan , take some Butter add Garlic and Onion. After 2 Minutes Add Bell Peppers.

Step 2:- Stir Fry for 2 Minutes, then Add Red Chilly Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, Oregano, Chilly Flakes, Red Chilly Powder and Salt (as per taste).

Step 3:- Stir Fry Properly then add White Sauce. Then Grate some Mozzarella Cheese.

Step 4:- Mix it Well and Add Some water if needed. Let it simmer till the gravy is Nice and thick

Your Gravy is Ready Too

SERVE THE RICE WITH GRAVY AND ENJOY !!


PIZZA POCKETS



INTRODUCTION:-

What's better than Bite Size Cheesy Pizza Pockets

It's very Simple and Tasty

A Perfect Snack for Parties


INGREDIENTS :-

For Dough :

- Maida - 1 Cup
- Rava ( Sooji ) - 1 Spoon
- Curd - 1 Spoon
- Sugar - 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Baking Powder - 1/4 Tea Spoon
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Salt to taste

> Make a soft dough and rest it for 3 Hours

For Stuffing :

- Onions and Bell Peppers
- Paneer
- Pizza Sauce
- Oregano and Chilly Flakes
- Butter
- Mozzarella Cheese

PROCEDURE :-

In a Pan , take some butter , Add Onions , after 2 mins add Bell peppers. Add Salt, Pizza Sauce , Oregano and chilly flakes. Cook it for 2-3 minutes

The Stuffing Is Ready !!

Step 1:- roll a Round Roti out of the Rested Dough. Cut it as shown in the Pic.

Step 2:- Then in a Piece , Place some stuffing and A Piece of Mozzarella cheese

Step 3:- Pack it and Roll it into a Ball using your hands. Make pockets that way.

Step 4:- Take a Oven Tray , Grease it with oil , place the pockets and Brush the pockets with some oil

Step 5:- Preheat oven for 10 mins at , 180 C

Step 6:- Then Place the tray in a Preheated oven and Bake it for 10 mins at 180 C & another 5 mins at 200 C

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT ON A PAN

Step 1:- Roll a Rectangular Roti , Place the Stuffing and Grate Cheese ( Refer Pics )

Step 2:- Pack it and Press the edges using A Fork

Step 3:- Roast it on a Pan using Butter till its Crispy

HEALTHY SOUP



INTRODUCTION:-

Best Diet Soup which is Healthy and Tasty at the Same time

It Couldn't have been any Easier

INGREDIENTS ( Serves 5 ) :-

- Tomato Hybrid: 7 Big Size
- Carrot : 2
- Bottle Gaurd(Lauki) - Double of Carrot
- Knorr Cup a Soup - 1 Packet (Package Soup)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- Cut all Vegetables and Boil them in water ( 2 Whistles ) in a Cooker at medium flame

Step 2:- Grind the Boiled Vegetables. Strain It , if it's thick add some water as per the Consistency.

Step 3:- Add a Packet of Knorr Cup a Soup , Salt and Black Pepper as per taste

Step 4:- Mix it properly and make sure there are no lumps

Step 5:- At the Time of Serving Boil it and stir continuously while boiling ( Just give 1 Boil )

Your Healthy Soup is Ready

HOME MADE JALAPENOS



INTRODUCTION:-

Now you can Make Jalapeños at Home

You can use them for Pizza , Sandwiches , Salads and Topping

INGREDIENTS :-

- Thick Skinned and Long Chillies
- White Vinegar
- Water
- Salt

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- Cut the Chillies round in shape. Try to remove the seeds as much as possible

Step 2:- Fill the Chillies in a Glass Jar or Container fully till the Neck

Step 3:- Make a Water and vinegar mixture , By Boiling 1 Cup Water , then when the water cools down add 1 Cup Vinegar and Add 1 Spoon Salt

Step 4:- Pour the Mixture in the Jar or Container Filled with Chillies. Keep the Bottle at room temperature for 5-6 Hours

Step 5:- The color will change from Green to Yellowish. Then keep them in the Fridge

Your Homemade Jalapenos are Ready !!

INGREDIENTS :-

- Sandwich Bread
- Mint Chutney
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Paneer
- Sweet Corn
- Onions
- Chaat Masala or Oregano
- Olives and Jalapeños for topping

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- Mix Chopped Paneer , Onion and Corn with the Mint Chutney , You can add Chaat Masala and Oregano. Make a Mixture and keep it aside

Step 2:- Toast One side of a Bread on a Non Stick Pan , Flip it and on the toasted side , Spread the Mixture we made earlier , while the other side toasts

Step 3:- Then Grate Mozzarella Cheese on top and sprinkle chaat masala or oregano. Put a lid on top and toast it till the cheese melts

Step 4:- Then Top it With Olives and Jalapeños of you like

BADAM HALWA



INTRODUCTION:-

Healthy , Tasty and Simple

It's a Dessert you must try !!


INGREDIENTS :-

- Soaked and Peeled Almonds - 1 Cup ( In Hot Water for 30 Mins )
- Milk - 1 Liter
- Ghee - 1/2 Cup
- Sugar - As Per Your Taste

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- Grind The Peeled Almonds Roughly

Step 2:- In a Heavy Bottomed Pan , Take 3 Spoon Ghee , Add the Ground Almonds, Cook it till it becomes Brown and stir continuously

Step 3:- Then add Hot Milk and Stir Continuously , till it becomes thick

Step 4:- Add Sugar and Mix it well and keep stirring

Step 5:- Stir till it releases some Ghee , then add 2 Spoon Ghee and cook it till it becomes brown ( As Shown in Pic )

Step 6:- Your Badam Halwa ready , top it with some Chopped Almonds

Serve it Hot !!

CHEESE ROLLS



INTRODUCTION:-

Healthy , Cheesy and Very Simple though it looks so Complicated , but it really isn't !!
Made full of Vegetables and Cheese
A Must Try !!

INGREDIENTS :-

- French Bread , Or Bun or Pav ( Use only the upper part if using a Bun or Pav )
- Onions, Bell Peppers , Sweet Corn , Paneer , Jalapeños and Olives
- Cream Cheese Spread or Any other Cheese Spread will also do
- Mayonnaise
- Red Chilly Sauce
- Tabasco Sauce if Available
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Oregano & Chilly Flakes
- Salt

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- In a Bowl take all the Vegetables and Paneer , Add Cheese Spread , Mayonnaise, Red Chilly Sauce , Tabasco Sauce , Oregano , Chilly Flakes and Little Salt

Step 2:- Mix it Properly and keep it aside

Step 3:- Take the French Bread or Bun or Paw , Use only the upper Part of a Bun or Paw , We suggest you use Bun or Paw so it's easier to eat

Step 4:- Scoop out some dough form the center as shown in the pics ( Keep the Scooped out Dough and you can Use that later as Bread-Crums )

Step 5:- Fill it with the Mixture we made earlier

Step 6:- Top it with some grated Mozzarella Cheese

For Making it in a Oven

Step 7:- Preheat oven for 5 Mins at 180 C

Step 8:- Then Bake it in the oven for 8-10 Minutes at 160 C till the cheese melts and the Bread is Crispy ( Keep Checking in Between if it's Ready )

For Making it on a Pan

Step 7:- Place the Roll or Bun on a Non Stick Pan , Cover it up with a Vessel

Step 8:- Cook it on Low Flame till the cheese melts and it gets crispy

ROASTED POHA CHUDWA (USING MICROWAVE)


INTRODUCTION:-

Healthy and Yummy Snack , it requires very less Oil and You can make it in a Microwave !!

All those who are Dieting and Health Conscious can have this as it requires very Less Oil

INGREDIENTS :-

- Thin Poha (Chudwa) - 250 Grams
- Cashew Nuts
- Peanut
- Almonds
- Roasted Channa Dal
- Green Chilly
- Powder Sugar
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Oil

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- In a Microwave , On Preheat or Quick Mode ( Which you use to warm the food ) Roast the Poha for 30 Seconds Only not more or else it'll burn , then give it a Toss so the Poha beneath come on top and Roast it again For 30 Seconds

Step 2:- Do the same 30 Second Roast and then Toss , for around 7-8 Times , till the Poha is Crispy

Step 3:- IN THE SAME WAY , Roast Cashew Nuts , Peanuts , Almonds , and Roasted Channa Dal SEPARATELY for 4-5 Times

Step 4:- In A Big Kadai , Take 3-4 Table Spoon Oil , when the oil is Hot , Add Chopped Green Chillies , then Add the Roasted Peanut , Cashew nut , Almond and Channa Dal , Stir fry till its color changes to Golden Brown

Step 5:- Add a Little Turmeric Powder and Salt as per your taste

Step 6:- After 30 Seconds add Roasted Poha and Stir it Softly till all the Poha is Coated with turmeric powder and salt

Step 7:- Turn off The Stove , Add Powder Sugar as per your taste and Mix It Properly and Gently

YOUR ROASTED POHA CHUDWA IS READY !!

- After it Cools Down , you can Store it for 30 Days

- You can Also add Raisins , Red Chillies , Curry Leaves and Fried Onions

INTRODUCTION:-

Here is Something Healthy, Cheesy and Easy
Cheese Salad Frankie , Try it you'll definitely Love it

INGREDIENTS :-

- Half Cooked Roti ( Half Wheat and Half Maida )
- Vegetables of your Choice , we have used Carrot, Cucumber, Capsicum, Cabbage, Corn, Paneer, Olives and Jalapenos
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard Sauce ( If Available)
- Tabasco Sauce ( If Available)
- Cheese Spread
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Butter
- Oregano or Italian Seasoning
- Chilly Flakes
- Salt to taste

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- In a Bowl, take all the Vegetables and Add Mayonnaise, Cheese Spread, Mustard Sauce, Tabasco sauce, Oregano, Chilly Flakes and Salt as per your taste

Step 2:- Mix it well and keep it aside
Step 3:- On a Half Cooked Roti, Spread the Vegetable Mixture in the Centre and Grate Mozzarella Cheese on Top
Step 4:- Wrap it up and roast it on a Pan, using Butter till its golden brown

Your Cheese Salad Wrap is Ready !!!
Serve it with Tomato Sauce or Mint Chutney !!


LACHCHA PARATHA


INTRODUCTION:-
Restaurant Like Lachcha Paratha at Home

Do Try it , it's Something Different

INGREDIENTS :-

- Half Maida and Half Wheat
- Oil (1 tbsp)
- Curd
- Salt
- Butter

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Prepare a Soft Dough using Half Maida and Half Wheat , add Curd (to bind) , salt and oil.

Step 2. Roll a Thick Roti , Apply some Butter and Sprinkle maida 

Step 3. Then Start Folding the Roti like Pleats in a Saree ( Refer Pics ) 

Step 4. Then Fold it in Round Shape 

Step 5. Roll a Roti out of it and Roast it on a Non Stick Pan using Butter

Your Lachcha Paratha Is Ready
Serve it with you Favorite Curry


PIZZA MONKEY BREAD


INTRODUCTION:-
Party Time Snack , full of Cheese and Something Unique

INGREDIENTS :-

For Dough
- Wheat Flour and Maida ( 50% Each ) - 2 Cups
- Curd for Binding dough
- Baking Soda - 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Baking Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Sugar - 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Crushed Garlic - 3 Cloves
- Oil - 1 Table Spoon
- Oregano
- Chilly Flakes
- Salt

Other Ingredients

- Vegetables of your Choice we have used - Capsicum, Onion, Paneer, Olives and Jalapeños
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pizza Sauce
- Oregano
- Chilly Flakes

PROCEDURE :-

- Add all ingredients for dough in a bowl , and using curd prepare a Soft Dough and Rest it for 3 Hours
- Prepare Small Balls out of the Dough , as Shown in the Pics
- Add the Dough Balls in a Bowl , add Pizza Sauce , Grated Mozzarella Cheese and Other Seasonings
- Mix it Gently and Place them on a OTG/OVEN Tray ( Refer Pics )
- Grate Some more Mozzarella Cheese on top and Sprinkle all the Vegetables
- Sprinkle Oregano and Chilly Flakes again
- In a PREHEATED OVEN , Bake it for 20 mins at 160 C

Your Pizza Monkey Bread is Ready !

Serve it Hot with Tomato Sauce, Potato Wafers and Cold Drink !!


SHAKAR PAARA


INTRODUCTION :-

Easy , Simple and Tasty Snack for Breakfast, Tea Time and Supper

INGREDIENTS :-

- Maida - 250 Grams
- Oil - 4 Table Spoon
- Sugar - 1 Tea Cup
- Water - 1 Cup
- Salt - 2 Pinches

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1- Add Sugar in Water and Give a Boil and Keep it Aside till it comes to room temperature.

Step 2- In Maida add Oil and Salt and Mix it well till it comes to a Bread Crum Consistency.

Step 3- Add the Sugar Syrup in the Maida Mixture and Prepare Dough. Rest it For 1 Hour.

Step 4- Roll a thick and big Roti , and make Round Circles using a Cutter or a Bottle Cap. Prick them with a Fork.

Step 5- Then Fry them in Hot Oil at Low Flame till they are Light Brown, very Gently or else it may Break. It will be Soft first , then it will become crispy once it cools down.

INGREDIENTS :-

- Boiled Basmati Rice

- Red Chilly Sauce

- Tabasco Sauce - if Avaialble

- Schezwan Sauce - If Available

- Ginger Garlic Paste - Optional

- Soya Sauce & Vinegar - Optional

- Red Chilly Powder

- Salt

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1- In a Pan , Take Some Oil , add Ginger Garlic Paste , then Onions , Carrot and French Beans

Step 2- Stir Fry for some time , then add Bell Peppers , Sweet Corn and Spring Onions

Step 3- Add All the Sauces Available and the ones you Like

Step 4- Mix it and then add Red Chilly Powder and Salt

Step 5- Stir Fry for 3-4 Minutes and then add Paneer

Step 6- After 2 minutes add Boiled rice and Mix it well

DRY FRUITS CHURWA... {MEWA MIX)


INTRODUCTION :-

HomeMade Snack , you can have while Fasting , It's Healthy , Tasty and Very Easy


INGREDIENTS :-

- Dry Fruits of your Choice (Like Almond , Cashew Nut , Pistachios ,Raisins , Peeled Peanuts, Melon Seeds etc)

- 3 Potatoes ( Big )

- Ghee ( a class of clarified butter) - 2 Spoon

- Masala : Red Chilly Powder , Salt , Black Pepper and Turmeric Powder

- Sugar Powder ( Optional )

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1- In a Microwave , On Reheat or Quick Mode (Which you use to warm the food) Roast all the Different Dry Fruits Separately for 30 Seconds after adding Ghee Enough to Just Coat them all, then give it a Toss so the The Dry Fruit beneath come on top and Roast it again For 30 Seconds

Step 2- Do the same 30 Second Roast and then Toss , for around 5-6 Times , till they are Crispy and they Crack

Step 3- Grate Peeled Potatoes and Keep it in water for 10 mins

Step 4- After that Remove it from the water and make it Dry Using a Cloth

Step 5- In Hot Oil , at Low Flame , Fry it till it becomes Golden brown and it Turns out Crispy

Step 6- After it Comes to Room Temperature , Crush it and Mix it Roasted Dry Fruits

Step 7- In a Kadai (Cooking Bowl) , Take 1 Spoon Ghee , Add all the Masala as per Your Taste and Add the Mixture immediately and Mix it Well

Step 8- After it Cools Down you can Add Sugar Powder if you Like

- Your Dry Fruit Chudwa is Ready !!

- Sitaphal (Custard Apple) - 1 Big
- Milk - 1 cup

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1- Scoop Out the Pulp from the Custard Apple

Step 2- In a Mixer or Blender , add the Pulp and Just Switch it on for 2 Seconds and Switch it off , do that for 2 Times

Step 3- Using a Oil Strainer , Separate the Pulp and The Seeds ( Refer Pics )

Step 4- In a Mixer Jar , Add the Pulp , Milk and Sugar as per your taste

Step 5- Mix it for 1 Minute

Your Sitaphal Milkshake is Ready !!

Serve it Chilled

INGREDIENTS :-
- Maida - 1 Cup
- Rava ( Sooji ) - 1 Spoon
- Curd - 1 Spoon
- Sugar - 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Baking Powder - 1/4 Tea Spoon
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Salt to taste
- Chilly Flakes and Oregano Are Optional
- You Can Also Use 50% Wheat Flour

PROCEDURE :-
- Make A Smooth Dough using all the Ingredients , Rest it For 2 Hours
- Roll it in a Shape You Like , And Prick it with Fork
- Pre-Heat the Oven, Bake it in Oven at 180 C for 5-7 Mins
- You can Also make it on a Non Stick Pan at Low Flame till it's Ready !!
