KADHI CHUTNEY



INTRODUCTION:-

Make this Chutney and have it with dhokla, idli, fried dish etc.


INGREDIENTS :-

- Besan - 2 TBSP
- Curd - 2 TBSP
- Water - 4 TBSP
- Lime Juice - 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Sugar - 1 TBSP
- Salt to Taste
- Oil
- Mustard Seeds ( Rai )
- Coriander
- Green Chilly

PROCEDURE :-

- In a Cup , Add Besan , Curd , Lime Juice , Sugar , Salt and Water and Mix it

- In a Kadai , Take Some Oil , Add Mustard Seeds , Green Chilly

- Add the Mixture In oil and Cook it till it Becomes Thick


Your Kadhi Chutney is Ready !!
