PANEER TIKKA MASALA


INTRODUCTION :-

Dhaba Style Paneer Tikka Masala , Try it and Be Amazed !! It's Easy, Delicious and Worth Trying !!


INGREDIENTS :-

- Paneer Tikka w/ Diced Onion and Capsicum ( Refer Recipe #11 and we have also Shared it Recently so check it out )
- Vegetables : Onion and Tomato (Finely Chopped)
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Cashew Nut or Kaju (For Garnish)
- Curd - 3 tbsp
- Garam Masala or Kitchen King Masala ( You Can Also Use Both )
- Chaat Masala
- Red Chilly Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt To Taste
- Oil - 3 TBSP

PROCEDURE :-

- In Curd add Garam Masala , Kitchen King Masala , Chaat Masala , Red Chilly Powder , Turmeric Powder and Salt and MIX IT WELL and Keep It Aside

- Make Paneer Tikka ( Refer Recipe GRILLED PANEER TIKKA )

- In a Kadai , Take Some oil , add Ginger Garlic Paste , Then add Onions after 2 mins add Tomato , then Cook it till the Tomato Dissolves and Becomes like a Paste then add Kaju and Curd Mixture

- Add Some Water and Cook it Till it releases oil

- Then add Paneer Tikka , Stir It For 2 Mins

- Your Paneer Tikka Masala Is Ready !!


Serve it with Paratha , Butter Roti or Stuffed Paratha
