KESAR BADAM KULFI


INTRODUCTION :-
Make Home Made Kulfi and Impress Family and Friends. Summer Special , Healthy and Tasty !!

INGREDIENTS :-
- Milk - 1 litre
- Sugar - as per taste
- Almonds - 10 to 15 pcs
- Kesar - one pinch soaked in milk

PROCEDURE :-
- Heat & Reduce milk till it becomes 1/4th. Add Sugar, Almonds and Kesar. Boil it for 5 mins and Turn off The Stove.
- Stir it till it comes to Room Temperature. Pour it in the Icecream Mould. After 2 hours place Stick in it.
- Freeze it for 6-7 hours

Garnish with Almond. You can also add Colour to milk after boiling.  Your Kesar Badam Kulfi is Ready !!
