INGREDIENTS :-
- Vegetables :- Bell Peppers, Cabbage, Carrot, Potato and Onion.
(Jains may Use their choice of Vegetables )

- Besan - 50%
- Corn Flour + Maida - 50%
- Green Chilly ( Finely Chopped )
- Maggie Noodles - 1/2 Packet ( Soaked in water for 20 mins. NOT BOILED )
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Vinegar , Soya Sauce , Red Chilly Sauce.
- Maggie Masala,Turmeric, Red Chilly Powder and Salt.
- Corn Flour + Maida - 50%
- Green Chilly ( Finely Chopped )
- Maggie Noodles - 1/2 Packet ( Soaked in water for 20 mins. NOT BOILED )

- Vinegar , Soya Sauce , Red Chilly Sauce.
- Maggie Masala,Turmeric, Red Chilly Powder and Salt.
PROCEDURE :-
Step 1 - Chop all Vegetables as Shown in the Pic ( Long and Fine ).
Step 2 - In a Bowl take all Vegetables add Salt and Rest it for 20 mins. Them moisture of vegetables will come out.
Step 3 - Then add Soaked Maggie Noodle and add All the Spices and Masala.
Step 4 :- Add 1 Spoon of Red Chilly Sauce, Vinegar and Soya Sauce each.
Step 5 :- Add Besan, Maida and Corn Flour in a Quantity by which all the Vegetables are coated with a thin Layer. ( Don't add more Flour. Add only till the vegetables Bind properly for a Good Texture )
Step 6 :- With the Help of a Fork or Spoon Drop Pakora in Hot Oil and Fry at High Flame till it Becomes Crispy. Sprinkle Chaat Masala
Your Chinese Pakora are Ready !!
Serve it With Sauce and Mint Chutney or Tea
