INTRODUCTION:-
A Different Variant of Kheer , You can have this While Fasting , It's Falhari
It's Very Tasty , Healthy and Easy !!
INGREDIENTS :-
- Grated Lauki ( Long Melon ) - 1 Cup
- Soaked Sabudana - 1 Cup
- Milk - 1/2 Liter
- Chopped Almonds and Cashew
- Sugar
- Elaichi Powder ( Optional )
PROCEDURE :-
Step 1:- In a Pan , Add Milk then add Lauki, Sabudana and Sugar
Step 2:- Cook it till the Sabudana and Lauki is Cooked for about 15 mins
Step 3:- Then Add Almonds and Cashew. You can Also Add Elaichi Powder if you Like.
Step 4:- Cook it till it gets Thick
Your Kheer is Ready !! You can serve it hot as well as cold.
