BADAM HALWA



INTRODUCTION:-

Healthy , Tasty and Simple

It's a Dessert you must try !!


INGREDIENTS :-

- Soaked and Peeled Almonds - 1 Cup ( In Hot Water for 30 Mins )
- Milk - 1 Liter
- Ghee - 1/2 Cup
- Sugar - As Per Your Taste

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1:- Grind The Peeled Almonds Roughly

Step 2:- In a Heavy Bottomed Pan , Take 3 Spoon Ghee , Add the Ground Almonds, Cook it till it becomes Brown and stir continuously

Step 3:- Then add Hot Milk and Stir Continuously , till it becomes thick

Step 4:- Add Sugar and Mix it well and keep stirring

Step 5:- Stir till it releases some Ghee , then add 2 Spoon Ghee and cook it till it becomes brown ( As Shown in Pic )

Step 6:- Your Badam Halwa ready , top it with some Chopped Almonds

Serve it Hot !!
