INTRODUCTION:-

What's better than Bite Size Cheesy Pizza Pockets

It's very Simple and Tasty

A Perfect Snack for Parties


INGREDIENTS :-

For Dough :

- Maida - 1 Cup
- Rava ( Sooji ) - 1 Spoon
- Curd - 1 Spoon
- Sugar - 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Baking Powder - 1/4 Tea Spoon
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Salt to taste

> Make a soft dough and rest it for 3 Hours

For Stuffing :

- Onions and Bell Peppers
- Paneer
- Pizza Sauce
- Oregano and Chilly Flakes
- Butter
- Mozzarella Cheese

PROCEDURE :-

In a Pan , take some butter , Add Onions , after 2 mins add Bell peppers. Add Salt, Pizza Sauce , Oregano and chilly flakes. Cook it for 2-3 minutes

The Stuffing Is Ready !!

Step 1:- roll a Round Roti out of the Rested Dough. Cut it as shown in the Pic.

Step 2:- Then in a Piece , Place some stuffing and A Piece of Mozzarella cheese

Step 3:- Pack it and Roll it into a Ball using your hands. Make pockets that way.

Step 4:- Take a Oven Tray , Grease it with oil , place the pockets and Brush the pockets with some oil

Step 5:- Preheat oven for 10 mins at , 180 C

Step 6:- Then Place the tray in a Preheated oven and Bake it for 10 mins at 180 C & another 5 mins at 200 C

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT ON A PAN

Step 1:- Roll a Rectangular Roti , Place the Stuffing and Grate Cheese ( Refer Pics )

Step 2:- Pack it and Press the edges using A Fork

Step 3:- Roast it on a Pan using Butter till its Crispy

Your Pizza Pockets are Ready !!
