MANGO KULFI





INGREDIENTS :-

- 2.5 Cup Milk
- 2.5 Cup Mango Puree (You can use any other flavour for the Kulfi)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar (Depening on sweetness of Mango)
- 1/4 tbsp cardamom powder, 3 tbsp almond paste (or Khoya), 
- 3 tbsp rice flour (You can use corn flour) disolved in 3 tbsp milk.
- 15 unsalted Pista (For Garnish)

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Take a pan on a low flame. Add Saffron and almond milk.

Step 2. Add Sugar & stir it until it dissolves.

Step 3. Dissolve rice flour in 3 tbsp milk, stir it to form a paste. Add it to Milk (Pan). 

Step 4. Cook till the mixture becomes thicker, then switch off the flame.

Step 5. Add the almond paste (or Khoya) and stir well.

Step 6. Add mango puree & Pista and mix well. Pour it in Kulfi mould and deep freeze for 8 - 10 hours.

Serve the Mango Kulfi with falooda and add decoration with rose syrup.
