CHATPATA ALOO



INTRODUCTION :-
It's Mango Season and Summer Time , this Curry goes well with Mangoes and Its easy so you don't have to spend much time in the Kitchen

INGREDIENTS :-
- Fried or Boiled Potato ( Baby Potato or Big Pieces)
- Oil - 3 Spoon
- Turmeric Powder
- Mustard Seeds
- salt to taste

For Masala
- Coriander to taste ( Finely Chopped)
- Red Chilly Powder - 1 Spoon
- Jeera and Coriander Powder - 1 Spoon
- Garam Masala or Kitchen King Masala - 1/2 Spoon
- Chaat Masala - 1/2 Spoon
- Garlic Paste - 1/4 Spoon ( Optional for Jains )
- Salt to taste

PROCEDURE :-
- Mix all Ingredients for Masala
- Stuff the Masala in Fried or Boiled Potato by cutting a slit
- In a Kadai , Take some Oil , add Mustard Seeds , add Stuffed Aloo , remaining Masala and Turmeric powder, mix it well
- Sprinkle little Water and Mix it Well
- Stir it for 2-3 minutes till it becomes Dry and the Oil releases ( you can add some water if it's too dry )
Your ChatPata Aloo is Ready !!
Serve it with Roti , Mangoes , Mango Pickle and Papad
