Perfect Tea Time Snack , it's Cheesy and Crunchy
INGREDIENTS :-
- Besan Batter ( Besan 1 Cup and Salt , Like Mirchi Bhajji )
- Bread
- Mint Chutney
- Chopped Spinach
- Sweet Corn
- Chopped Paneer
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Green Chilly
- Butter
- Salt
- Bread

PROCEDURE :-
For Stuffing
- In a Kadai , add 1/2 spoon butter , chopped spinach, corn , paneer , finely chopped green chilly , black pepper and Salt. Stir it till water releases and it becomes a little dry
The Stuffing is Ready , keep it aside and after it comes to room temperature add small cubes of mozzarella cheese
- Cut the sides of bread , Then cut it into half and Apply Mint Chutney
- spread the stuffing on half the bread as shown in the pic
- fold it And press it with your hands
- Dip it in the Besan Batter , coat it properly and fry it at Medium Flame till its gets Golden Brown
Your Spinach and Corn Bread Pakoda are Ready !!
Sprinkle Some Chaat Masala and Serve with Sauce or Mint Chutney
