EGGLESS BANANA MUFFINS



INGREDIENTS :-
(measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)

- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour(atta)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 3 large bananas (or 5 medium bananas)(Chopped)
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tbsp lime (or lemon juice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract


PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Line a muffin tray with muffin liners meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
Step 2. In a bowl take chopped bananas along with sugar. mash the bananas till smooth (a few small chunks of bananas are fine)
Step 3. Add oil(or melted butter) stir the mixture very well. Add vanilla extract & stir well. Add 1 tbsp lime. Keep the dry ingredients aside.
Step 4. In another bowl take whole wheat flour, ½ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt and sieve the dry ingredients in a plate.

Step 5. Holding a spatula, with light hands gently fold the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. don't over do the folding.
Step 6. The muffin batter ready to be poured in the muffin liners. Spoon the batter in muffin liners till 3/4 th of the liners. using a spatula remove the excess batter from the bowl and add to the muffin liners.
Step 7. Place the muffin tray in the center rack with both the top and bottom heating elements of an Microwave. 
Step 8. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. The tops should be golden. 
Once warm or cooled at room temperature, serve these egg less banana muffins as sweet snack or dessert.



EAGLESS SPONGE CAKE WITH APPLESAUCE


INTRODUCTION :- 

Birthday or a party at home. Cake is the main dish of celebration. Now make egg less cake at home in no time.


INGREDIENTS :-

- 1.5 cups Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp vinegar(or lemon juice)



PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Take a mixing bowl, take unsweetened applesauce, Oil & Sugar and stir this mixture well.
Step 2. Add Vinegar to it.
Step 3. Add the dry ingredients - Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and Salt. Mix it well
Step 4. Add vanilla extract. Fold the dry ingredients in the wet ingredients lightly. The batter will fel light. Pour the batter in a Microwave Pan.
Step 5.  Preheat Oven for 35-40 min. Bake at 180 degree celcius (You can use round, square or any other shape mould). When baked, check it with fork or toothpick. Allow it to cool down before removing the pan.

Slice and serve this eggless apple cake with milk, tea or coffee.


CHOCLATE ICE CREAM CAKE


INTRODUCTION :-


Muh Meetha Karne Ka Mauka. First we need to prepare a Choco Lava Cake

NUTTY CHOCO LAVA


INGREDIENTS :-
-Marie Biscuit - 1 Packet
-Hide and seek - 1 Packet
-Eno - 2 packets
-Warm Milk as required
-Sugar Powder - 4 Spoon
-Coco Powder - 2 Spoon
-Chocolate cubes or chips
-Chopped Nuts



Procedure :-

Step 1 - Grind The Biscuit Separately and mix it in a Bowl.
Step 2 - Add Coco Powder, Sugar and Milk. Mix it vigorously make sure there are no lumps. Consistency should be like a Dosa Batter.
Step 3 - Take a Cooker, Place a small Hollow Ring Stand and a Plate with holes as shown in the pic. Add 2 glasses of water and let the water boil on high Flame.
Step 4 - Add Eno and Mix it Very Quickly . The batter should now get fluffy.
Step 5 - Pour the Batter in a Cupcake mould or a Bigger Mould if you want to make a Cake grease it with Butter. Then Place Chocolate cube or chips in the middle and cover it with some more batter. Top it with the nuts.
Step 6 - Place the mould on top of the plate in the Cooker and remove the Whistle . Close it and bake it for 15 mins on High Flame and 5 mins on Low Flame.
Tip - You can also Bake it in a Oven for 15 mins at 180 C.
Your Nutty Choco Lava is Ready !!
Let it Cool Down for 5 mins, remove it from the Mould.
Serve it with IceCream and Chocolate Sauce !!







NOW WE PREPARE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM CAKE:-
INGREDIENTS :-

1.Chocolate cake (your choice of shape and size, follow the recipe of Choco Lava)
2.Chocolate IceCream
3.Chocolate chips
4.Chocolate Rice
5.Melted chocolate
You can Also Add Nuts

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1 - Cut 2 or 3 layers of cake as shown in pic.
Step 2 - In a mould (in which You prepared cake) put one layer of cake then a layer of icecrem and sprinkle some chocochips . In the same way arrange all layers of cake and ice cream. Keep it in the Freezer for 25 to 30min
Step 3 - Remove it from the freezer, UnMold it and While Serving Pour Melted Chocolate and Coat a Thin Layer. Sprinkle Chocolate Chips and Chocolate Rice.
Your Chocolate IceCream Cake is ready !!
Serve it Cold with some IceCream !!
