LACHCHA PARATHA


INTRODUCTION:-
Restaurant Like Lachcha Paratha at Home

Do Try it , it's Something Different

INGREDIENTS :-

- Half Maida and Half Wheat
- Oil (1 tbsp)
- Curd
- Salt
- Butter

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Prepare a Soft Dough using Half Maida and Half Wheat , add Curd (to bind) , salt and oil.

Step 2. Roll a Thick Roti , Apply some Butter and Sprinkle maida 

Step 3. Then Start Folding the Roti like Pleats in a Saree ( Refer Pics ) 

Step 4. Then Fold it in Round Shape 

Step 5. Roll a Roti out of it and Roast it on a Non Stick Pan using Butter

Your Lachcha Paratha Is Ready
Serve it with you Favorite Curry


DAHI WADA IN MICROWAVE




INTRODUCTION :- Summer Special Chilled... Oil Free Dahi Vada...


INGREDIENTS :-

For Vada

- Soaked Udad Dal - 1 Cup (Soaked over night)
- Soaked Yellow Moong Dal - 1 Cup (Soaked over night)
- Soda - 1/4 Tea Spoon
- Salt To Taste

For Making Dahi Vada

- Curd
- Tamarind Sweet Chutney
- Roasted Jeera Powder
- Chopped Coriander
- Red Chilly Powder
- Salt

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Make a thick batter by grinding Soaked Udad Dal And Moong Dal , add salt and rest it 10-15 mins.

Step 2. Add 1 Pinch Soda for Every Batch of Vada You'll Make,

ALTERNATE - You can Also Use Microwave Proof Bowls if you don't have Idly Mould

Step 3. Grease the Idly Mould with Oil and only Half Fill the Mould and cook it in Quick Mode.

Step 4. Put all the Vada in Luke Warm Water for 15 Mins , then Squeeze out the Water from them

YOUR VADA IS READY !!

Now, Add Smooth Curd , Tamarind Chutney , Roasted Jeera Powder , Chilly Powder, Salt and Coriander as Per Taste and Serve Chilled.


DUM HANDI BIRYANI


Introduction :-

Try this Biryani at Home and you'll Forget all the Restaurants.
Healthy , Tasty and Easy to Make
DUM HANDI BIRYANI

Ingredients :-

Vegetables - French Beans, Potato, Carrot, Onion, Sweet Corn, Peas, Bell Peppers. (You can add Any Vegetables of your Choice)
Kaju (You can also Add Paneer)
Basmati Rice
Chilly Ginger Garlic Paste
For Biryani Masala Paste :-
Curd - 2 Spoon
Biryani Masala - 1 Spoon
Garam Masala - 1 Spoon
Any Ready Made Curry Mix - 1 Spoon
Chilly Powder - 1 Spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Spoon
Salt to taste

Procedure :-

Step 1 - Cut all the Vegetables and Make the Biryani Masala Paste by Adding all it's Ingredients and Mix Well
Step 2 - Half Boil all Vegetables except Onions and Bell Pepper and Boil Rice up to 90% and add Salt Simultaneously.
Step 3 - In a Kadai Pour some Oil, Add Chilly Ginger Garlic paste then Onion, Bell Pepper and Kaju and cook for 1 minute
Step 4 - Add rest of the Vegetables,cook for sometime and add the Biryani Masala Paste and cook for 3-4 minutes on Low Flame.
Step 5 - Add the Strained Rice on top of the Vegetables and Add 2-3 Spoon of Water.
Step 6 - Cover the Kadai and Let it "Dum" for 2-3 minutes on Low Flame till the water gets absorbed.
Your Dum Handi Biryani is Ready
Mix it a Little and Serve it with Raita.
