BASIL LEMON MOJITO




INGREDIENTS :-

(measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)

- 18 to 20 small basil leaves
- 2 thin round lemon slices, 2 tbsp lemon juice, a pinch of salt
- 500 ml soda, 1 to 2 tbsp sugar(add as per taste), ice cubes


PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. In a mortar-pestle take ⅛ cup basil leaves, 2 slices of lemon, 1 to 2 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt. 2 tbsp sugar makes the drink sweet.
Step 2. Then add 1 tbsp sugar. to make the drink diabetic friendly, add a sugar.
Step 3. Muddle all the ingredients with the pestle. Spoon the muddled ingredients in two glasses. 
Step 4. In each glass, add 1 tbsp lemon juice. Add some crushed ice or ice cubes. Pour soda and stir very well.

Serve Basil lemon Mojito immediately.



GUAVA JUICE RECIPE



INGREDIENTS :-
(measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)

- 3 to 4 medium guavas (chopped)
- 2 cups chilled water
- 3 tbsp sugar


PROCEDURE :-
Step 1. Rinse the guavas then chop in small pieces and add to a large blender jar.
Step 2. Add 1 cup water and blend the guavas to a smooth pulp. The seeds are not ground. Don't grind too much as then the seeds also get ground.
Step 3. Add the pulp to a juice strainer lined on top of a bowl, so that the smooth pulp is extracted in the bowl.
Step 4. Now add 1 cup chilled water. Stir. You can make the guava juice more thin by adding more water. 
Step 5. Add some lemon juice for a tangy taste. Add sugar and stir again till the sugar dissolves. 
Pour the juice in glasses and serve guava juice immediately.


LEMON SQUASH





INGREDIENTS :-
(measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)

- 500 grams lemons (10 to 12 lemons) or 1 cup lemon juice 
- 500 grams Sugar
- ½ tsp saffron (kesar)
- 1 tsp cardamom powder


PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. Take 1 Cup water and dissolve 500gm Sugar in low flame. Filter the solution and keep aside.

Step 2. Rinse Lemon and water (1 Cup).

Step 3. Add cardamom and saffron in a mortar-pestle.

Step 4. Now add lemon juice to Sugar syrup (Check if it is at room tempreture)

Step 5. Add cardamon & saffron to the syrup and mix well.

Step 6. Now put the squash in sterlized jar and close it tightly.


Store it in refrigenerator. Add 3-4 tbsp in a glass and add water along with crushed ice.


ROSE MILKSHAKE




INTRODUCTION :-
Rose milk recipe with sabja seeds
Rose milk is a flavored drink and is good for beating the summer heat. This rose milk is an easy to make cooling refreshing drink. Sabja seeds and rose syrup are known for their cooling properties. you can also add some ice cubes to the drink.

INGREDIENTS :-

- Sabja Seeds (Sweet Basil Seeds): 1 tbsp
- Chilled Milk: 2 Cup
- Rose Syrup: 3 tbsp
- Rose water: 1 tbsp
- Sugar: 1/2 tbsp (as per taste)
- few rose petals for Garnish


PROCEDURE :- SERVES: 2

Step 1. In a bowl soak sabja seeds (sweet basil seeds) in enough water for 20 to 30 minutes. then strain and keep the soaked seeds aside. 1 tsp sabja seeds gives about 2 tbsp of soaked sabja seeds.

Step 2. Take 2 cups chilled milk in a bowl and add rose syrup. stir very well so that the rose syrup dissolves in the milk. you can use store brought or home made rose syrup. Instead of 2 cups milk, you can also use half-half of milk and water. you can also double or triple this recipe.

Step 3. Add ½ tbsp sugar or add as required. sugar is optional and only if you want some more sweetness in rose milk. if the rose syrup is very sweet, then skip adding sugar.

Step 4. Then add rose water. stir very well till the sugar is dissolved.

Step 5. Lastly add the soaked Sabja Seeds.

Step 6. Stir again.

Step 7. Pour rose milk in glasses. serve rose milk garnished with some fresh or dried rose petals or with some almonds slivers. 

You can also keep the rose milk in fridge and then serve later.rose milk - cooling and refreshing rose milk made with rose syrup, milk and sabja seeds.


APPLE MILKSHAKE



INTRODUCTION:-

During fasting, we always have fruit or fruit based drinks, juices or milkshakes in our diet. since most of the fasting food is carb loaded, it gets essential to balance the diet and include food with proteins and vitamins-minerals. Fruit based milkshakes are a good way to have proteins as well as essential vitamins during fasting.

In this recipe, I have added cinnamon powder. but if you don’t use cinnamon powder during fasting, then skip it entirely.

Always serve milkshakes fresh and don’t refrigerate them to be served later. The freshness goes away and the taste also changes.


INGREDIENTS :-

- Apple: 3-4 pc (Depending on size)
- Chilled Milk: 2 Cup
- Sugar: 2-3 tbsp (Depending on sweetness of Apple)
- Cinnamon Powder.


PROCEDURE :-

Step 1. peel, core and chop the apples. add them in the blender jar along ¼ tsp cinnamon powder and 2 to 3 tbsp sugar. the amount of sugar to be added depends on the sweetness of the apples. so add as required. if you want you can keep the peels of the apples.

Step 2. add ½ cup chilled milk.

Step 3. blend all the ingredients till smooth.

Step 4. add the remaining 1.5 cups chilled milk and blend again.

Pour the apple milkshake in glasses sprinkled with cinnamon powder.
You can also add some chopped apple. serve apple milkshake immediately.

VEG TOASTIE

INGREDIENTS :-

Sandwich bread
Cheese spread
Oregano
Cheese slice
Jalapenos
Bell peppers
Onions
Olives

PROCEDURE :-

Step 1.Cut sides of bread slices, and Apply cheese spread on bread.
Step 2.sprinkle oregano.
Step 3.put cheese slice on it, and arrange onions,olives,bell peppers,and Jalapenos
Step 4.Sprinkle some Oregano again.
Step 5.Bake it for 3 to 4 min in oven at 150 degree C
Serve it with some potato wafers and sauce.


BAKED CHEESE GRILL SANDWICH

Baked Cheese Grill Sandwich

INGREDIENTS :-

3 SLICES OF BREAD
2 SLICES OF CHEESE
CUCUMBER
TOMATO
BELL PEPPER
ONIONS
CHEESE SPREAD
BUTTER
MINT CHUTNEY
OREGANO

PROCEDURE :-

1. Cut sides of bread slices.
2. Apply mint chutney (Follow recipe of Mint Chutney Cube), butter. and cheese spread on each bread slice.
3. Put bell pepper, tomato,onion and cucumber And sprinkle Oregano.
4. put cheese slices on two bread and arrange breadslices
5. Grill sandwiches in oven at 160 degree C for 3 min then turn it and again grill it for 2 min.
6. You can prepare it in toaster or on nonstick pan at slow flame.

Cut it in your fav shape and serve it with sauce and potato wafers.

CRISPY AND TASTY FRENCH FRIES

INGREDIENTS :-
Big and Long Potatoes
Corn Flour
Oil
Salt
Chilly Powder
Chaat Masala


PROCEDURE :-

STEP 1..Cut The Potatoes as Shown in the Pic and Put in Water
STEP 2.. Boil water in a Big Vessel and Add CHOPPED POTATO At Boiling Point Only for 3 minutes and Strain the water..
STEP3.. Sprinkle Corn Flour on it and Coat a Thin Layer on it..
STEP 4.. Fry it in Hot oil At MEDIUM FLAME and then HIGH FLAME Till it Becomes GOLDEN BROWN..
Step 5.. Sprinkle Salt , Chilly Powder and Chaat masala..
Serve it with Sauce and Mayonnaise.

TIP:- You can also store the uncooked FRIES in freezer for 10 to 15 days in an air tight container.


MINT CHUTNEY CUBE

Here's how you can Store it !!

MINT CHUTNI

INGREDIENTS :-

- 1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves
- 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 garlic cloves (lasun)
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1/4 inch ginger piece
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Water

PROCEDURE :-

1. Take garlic, chilli, ginger, sugar and salt in a small chutney jar of grinder or food processor.

2. Grind them until medium coarse consistency.

3. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon water.

4. Grind again until desired smooth or medium coarse consistency is achieved. Delicious mint chutney for sandwich is ready.

5. Serve it as condiment or store it in an airtight container in refrigerator to use it as and when required. You can store and use it for up to 3-4 days.






MINT CHUTNEY CUBE

PROCEDURE :-
Step 1 - Make Mint Chutney and Pour it in an Ice Tray.
Step 2 - Freeze it for 12 hours
Step 3 - Remove it From the Tray and Store it in an Air tight Container.

You can store it for 2 months.

Remove it and Your Mint Chutney will be Ready in 5 mins as good as Fresh !!
You can also Store Tomato Purée, Tamarind Chutney or Pulp and Lime Juice this Way



CRISPY VEG ROLL


INTRODUCTION :-
Healthy Version Of A Desi Samosa

INGREDIENTS :-

For Dough -
Maida - 2 cups
Baking Powder
Salt
Oregano
Oil - 1 Spoon
For Filling :-
Vegetable of your Choice, we have used - Peas, Sweet Corn, Potato, French Beans, Capsicum, Cabbage, Carrot, Coriander and Onion
Butter
Ginger Garlic Paste
Chilly Powder
Chaat Masala
Salt
Corn Flour Slurry ( 2 Spoon Corn Starch in 1/2 cup water)
Fresh Bread Crum

PROCEDURE :-

STEP 1 - Prepare a Soft Dough and rest it for 2 Hours
STEP 2 - Add 1 Spoon Butter on a Frying Pan , then Add 1/2 Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste and Onions. After 1 minute add rest of the Vegetables and 1/2 cup water, Cover it with a Lid and Cook it Properly.
STEP 3 - Add All the Spices,Masala, Coriander and mix it well till it's dry and there is no water. The filling is Ready
STEP 4 - Roll thin Roti and cut it in a Square shape add The Filling and roll it as shown in the Pic
STEP 5 - Dip the Roll in Corn Slurry and Coat with Bread Crum
STEP 6 - You can Deep Fry or Shallow Fry the Roll from all the sides
Your Crispy Veg Roll is ready !!
Serve it With Mint Chutney and Sauce.
TIP - You can Store the Rolls for 8 days in the Freezer.


CRISPY PANEER NUGGETS


INTRODUCTION :-
Have this "SNACK" Crispy on the outside and Soft from inside. Tasty and VERY Easy to Make. Ready in 3 Steps.

INGREDIENTS :-
For Marination -
- Hung Curd
Red Chilly Sauce - 1 spoon
Soya Sauce - 1 spoon
Vinegar - 1/2 spoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
Chilly Flakes
Oregano
Garam Masala
Chaat Masala
Salt (As per taste)
- Paneer
- Corn Starch/Flour

Procedure :-
Step 1 - Mix all the ingredients for marination. Add Small cubes of Paneer and Marinate as shown in the Picture
Step 2 - Keep on adding Corn Flour and mix it till all the cubes are separated.
Step 3 - Deep fry it and Sprinkle chaat masala.
Your Crispy Paneer is ready !
Serve it with Sauce and Mint Chutney !


FRESH FRUIT LEMONADE SYRUP


INTRODUCTION :-

INGREDIENTS :-
- Strawberry - 1 Cup
- Sugar - 1 Cup
- Water - 2 Cup
- Ginger Paste - 1/4 Tea Spoon
- Mint Leaves - 1/4 Cup
- Lemon - 1 Pc
- Salt - 1 Tea Spoon



PROCEDURE :-
- In a Pan, Add 2 Cups of Water and 1 Cup Sugar.
- After The Sugar Is Dissolved, Add Chopped Strawberry and Cook it Till it Becomes Soft.
- After Cooling it down a Little, Add Ginger paste and Mint Leaves anv GRIND it.
- Strain the Mixture and Cook it for 3-4 minutes till it Becomes Glossy.
- Turn Of the Stove and Add Lime Juice and salt.
Your STRAWBERRY LEMONADE SYRUP is Ready !!
You can Store it in the Fridge for 2 Months.
You can Also make this with Other Fruits like Orange, Pineapple, Kiwi, Plum and Peach.

How to Serve ?
- In a Glass , add 2 Spoon of Syrup , 4 Cubes Of Ice and Add Sprite !!

- Sugar - 2 Spoon

PROCEDURE :-
- In a Mixer or Blender Add all Ingredients and Mix and Blend till the Sugar and IceCream Melts.
- Pour Chocolate Syrup On the walls of a Glass and Freeze it for 2 Mins.
- Then Pour the Cold Coffee in the Glass and Top it with Some Chocolate Chips and Chocolate Rice ( If Available )

COCONUT COOLER


INTRODUCTION :-

This is My Favorite Summer Special Coconut Juice. It's Very Healthy and Tasty.
You might want to Make More of it Because 1 Glass is Never Enough.

INGREDIENTS :-
- Coconut - 1 Glass ( Chopped and Remove the Skin )
- Coconut Water ( Which you get from the Coconut you used )
- Water - 2 Glass
- Sugar - 3 Table Spoon

PROCEDURE :-
- Make Ice Cubes from the Coconut Water.
- Grind Chopped Coconut with 1 Glass water and Sugar.
- Strain it with Cotton Cloth.
- Grind the Pulp Again ( After Straining ) with 1 Glass of Water.
- Strain it Again and Mix it with The Juice Strained Earlier
Put it in the Fridge for minimum 3 Hours
Your Coconut Cooler Is Ready
Serve it Chilled and With the Coconut Water Ice Cubes.

RECIPE :-
